粉碎细度与滤袋对饲草NDF与ADF含量的影响

Effect of Fineness and Filter Bag on NDF and ADF Contents of Forage

以取自山东省内草捆、草粉、草颗粒和青贮饲料4大类饲草产品为材料,通过滤袋法测定样品流失重量比率、中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量,研究了不同粉碎细度(9目、18目和40目)和不同孔径的聚酯布、尼龙布、无纺布滤袋处理对饲草中NDF和ADF含量的影响。结果显示,粉碎细度处理对F58滤袋内样品重量流失率影响差异不显著,变化范围为1.37%~1.86%;对NDF含量影响显著,40目处理显著低于9目处理(P<0.05),与18目处理差异不显著。ADF含量在各粉碎细度处理间变化不明显,10个样品中有6个样品各处理间差异不显著。不同滤袋试验结果表明,CAU滤袋测定样品NDF和ADF含量与F58滤袋差异不显著,而其它滤袋处理的测定值均与F58滤袋差异显著(P<0.05),聚酯布和尼龙布滤袋在ADF测定中出现封口内缘断裂现象。

Abstract:

The experiment was conducted to study the effects of finenesses (9,18 and 40 screen) of forage samples and filter bags (made by nonwoven, polyester and nylon fabric with different pore sizes) on the neutral detergent fiber (NDF) and the acid detergent fiber (ADF) contents of the forage samples collected in Shandong province,which included grass bale, grass powder, grass pellet and corn silage. The results showed that NDF content of 40 screen treatment of ANKOM F58 was significantly lower than that of 9 screen treatment (P<0.05), and was consistent with that of 18 screen treatment. However, ADF content had no significant difference in 6 samples of total 10 samples and the weight losses among different finenesses had no significant difference, around 1.37%~1.86%. The results also showed that NDF and ADF contents determined from CAU bag and ANKOM F58 bag were not significantly different, but they were significantly higher than those measured from other filter bags (P<0.05). Breakdown of the polyester fabric bags and nylon fabric bags was occurred during ADF determination procedure, which caused the decrease of ADF content.
