龙牧苜蓿种质资源耐混合苏打盐碱能力综合分析

Comprehensive Analysis of Mixed Soda Saline-Alkali Resistance of Germplasm Resources of Longmu Alfalfa

摘要: 以5种龙牧苜蓿种子为试验材料,研究不同浓度(10,20,30,40和50 mmol·L-1)混合苏打盐碱(NaHCO3:Na2CO3=9:1)对龙牧系列苜蓿种子萌发影响。结果表明:苜蓿种子在不同混合苏打盐碱浓度下其发芽率(Germination rate,GR)、发芽势(Germination potential,GP)、发芽指数(Germination index,GI)、活力指数(Vigor index,VI)、干重(Dry weight,DW)、鲜重(Fresh weight,FW)、含水量(Water content,WC)、胚芽长(Embryo length,EL)、胚根长(Radicle length,RL)等9项指标均表现出不同的变化趋势,对9项指标的主成分分析共筛选出GR,GP,GI,VI,DW,WC,EL等指标与龙牧苜蓿品种的抗盐碱性有关,利用隶属函数、权重系数和综合评价D值分析可知,5种龙牧苜蓿品种耐盐碱性强弱依次为:龙牧807 > 龙牧808 > 龙牧806 > 龙牧803 > 龙牧801。

Abstract: The effects of mixed soda saline-alkali (NaHCO3:Na2CO3=9:1) at different concentrations (10,20,30,40 and 50 mmol·L-1) on the germination of five Longmu alfalfa seeds were studied. The results showed that the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,vigor index,dry weight,fresh weight,water content,embryo length,radicle length of alfalfa seeds showed different trends under different mixed soda saline-alkali concentrations. Through principal component analysis of nine indicators,GR,GP,GI,VI,FW,WC and EL indicators were screened out to be related to salt and alkali tolerance of Longmu alfalfa varieties. According to the analysis of membership function,weight coefficient and D value of comprehensive evaluation,the salt and alkali tolerance of five longmu alfalfa varieties were in the order of LM 807 > LM 808 > LM 806 > LM 803 > LM 801.
