北方农牧交错带赖草草地斑块的土壤化学计量特征对植物多样性的影响

Effects of Soil Stoichiometry on Vegetation Diversity Characteristics in the Leymus secalinus Patch in the Northern Agro-pastoral Ecotone

摘要: 本试验通过对北方农牧交错带盐碱化赖草(Leymus secalinus)草地的光碱斑、碱蒿斑块、芦苇斑块、碱茅斑块、虎尾草斑块、赖草斑块6种草地斑块植被特征以及土壤理化性质的研究,分析草地斑块土壤化学计量比对赖草草地在演替过程中植物多样性和地上生物量的影响,为进一步对草地植被恢复与盐碱化草地治理提供科学依据。结果表明:不同草地斑块的Shannon-wiener指数、Margalef指数和地上生物量的大小顺序均为赖草斑块 > 虎尾草斑块 > 碱茅斑块 > 芦苇斑块 > 碱蒿斑块 > 光碱斑,Pielous指数大小依次为赖草斑块 > 虎尾草斑块 > 芦苇斑块 > 碱茅斑块 > 碱蒿斑块 > 光碱斑。以草地斑块的植被特征代表样点进行冗余分析(Redundancy analysis,RDA),得出造成不同斑块植物多样性特征分异的主要因子为土壤含水量、土壤碳磷比、土壤氮磷比、土壤容重和土壤碳氮比。可见,北方农牧交错带盐碱化赖草草地斑块的植物多样性特征主要受土壤含水量和土壤化学计量特征两方面因素的影响,随着土壤含水量和土壤化学计量特征的增加,草地斑块的植物多样性有增加的趋势。

Abstract: In order to provide scientific basis for grassland vegetation restoration and salinization grassland management,the influence of soil stoichiometric ratio on the diversity and productivity of vegetation in the succession process of grassland patches was analyzed through the research on the vegetation characteristics of six grassland patches (Alkali-saline patch,Artemisia anethifolia patch,Phragmites communis patch,Puccinellia distans patch,Chloris virgata patch,Leymus secalinus patch) and the physicochemical properties of soil. Results showed that the order of Shannon-wiener index,Margalef index and the aboveground biomass of different grassland patches is:Puccinellia distans patch > Chloris virgata patch > Leymus secalinus patch > Alkali-saline patch > Artemisia anethifolia patch > Phragmites communis patch;Pielous index size followed by Puccinellia distans patch > Chloris virgata patch > Alkali-saline patch > Leymus secalinus patch > Artemisia anethifolia patch > Phragmites communis patch. Redundancy analysis (RDA) was carried out to rank vegetation characteristics of grassland patches on behalf of samples,and the main factors for diversity of vegetation in different patches were soil moisture content,soil carbon phosphorus ratio,soil nitrogen phosphorus ratio,soil bulk density and soil carbon nitrogen ratio. It can be seen that the plant diversity characteristics of grassland patches in the salinization zone of northern agriculture and animal husbandry are mainly influenced by the two factors of soil water content and soil stoichiometric characteristics,and the plant diversity of grassland patches increases with the increase of soil water content and soil stoichiometric characteristics.
