满江红属植物的有机肥品质评价

Quality Evaluation of Azolla Lam. as Organic Manure

摘要: 满江红(Azolla Lam.)是稻田生态系统中重要的肥饲兼用水生植物,开展满江红属植物的肥用品质评价对满江红资源的选育和开发利用具有重要的指导意义。本文利用全国有机肥料品质分级标准对满江红属6个代表种(蕨状满江红A.filiculoides、墨西哥满江红A.mexicana、卡洲满江红A.caroliniana、小叶满江红A.microphylla、覆瓦状满江红A.imbricate、羽叶满江红A.pinnata),以及自主选育的杂交种、回交种等共24份种质资源进行肥用品质分析,以期明确满江红的肥用品质水平和品系间的差异。试验结果表明:供试的24份满江红资源均达二级以上有机肥品质标准,其中18份达一级有机肥品质标准;全磷评分对满江红品质评分的直接作用最大。满江红属植物资源具有高氮富钾的肥用特点,而磷、钾含量是影响满江红品质评分的关键因子;基于有机肥品质评分结果,卡洲满江红‘3001’、杂交种‘4088’和墨西哥满江红‘2026’可作为绿肥推广优选品种。

Abstract: Azolla Lam.,an important aquatic fern in the rice field ecosystem,often been used as manure and feed. Carrying out the manure quality evaluation of Azolla has important guiding significance for the selection,development and utilization of Azolla resources. In this paper,a total of 24 germplasm resources from six representative species (A. filiculoides,A. mexicana,A. caroliniana,A. microphylla,A. imbricate,A. pinnata),as well as self-selected hybrids and backcross materials of Azolla Lam. were used to analyze manure quality and grade by using the national organic manure quality grading standards. The manure quality levels and strain differences of 24 Azolla resources were identified. The results showed that all of 24 Azolla resources were at or above Grade Ⅱ organic manure quality,and 18 of them were Grade I organic manure quality. The total phosphorus score had the greatest direct effect on the manure quality score of Azolla. High nitrogen and potassium content are the characteristics of Azolla plant resources used as green manure. The content of phosphorus and potassium were the key factors affecting the quality score of Azolla. Based on the scoring results of organic manure quality,A. caroliniana ‘3001’,hybrid Azolla ‘4088’ and A. mexicana ‘2026’ can be used as the preferred varieties for green manure promotion.
