顿河红豆草凝集素cDNA克隆与序列分析

摘要: 利用RT-PCR技术从顿河红豆草含浓缩单宁的愈伤组织总RNA中分离克隆了凝集素cDNA.该cNDA包含完整的编码区和3’端非编码区,所编码的氨基酸序列与其它豆科植物凝集素具有较高的同源性。

Abstract: A cDNA fragment was isolated and cloned from the total RNA of calli of Onobrychis tanaitica containing condensed tannin using RT-PCR technique.The cDNA is 919 bp in length and includes an open reading frame encoding peptide of 251 amino acid residues and 163 bp of 3’ uncoding region.The deduced amino acid sequence shows high homology to those of other legume leactins.
