卫星搭载对二色胡枝子生物学特性的影响

Effects of Spaceflight on Characteristics of Lespedeza Bicolor

摘要: 卫星搭载二色胡枝子(Lespedeza bicolor)干种子,返地后对其出苗率、株高、生长速度和生育期等性状进行观察。结果表明,卫星搭载当代,种子出苗率、生长速度和株高显著降低;过氧化物同工酶检测显示谱带发生变化,表明卫星搭载对种子的生理生化活动产生明显的影响。

Abstract: Dry Lespedeza bicolor seeds were carried into space by recoverable satellite in 2003.Their germination rate,plant height,speed of growth,and morphological characteristics during the growth stages were tested after being recovered.Results show that seeds having been once aboard the satellite would be reduced in the germination rate,absolute height and speed of growth,compared to those not undergoing a space flight.Moreover,their peroxidase isozyme patterns changed,indicating that space flight could affect the physiological and bio-chemical activities of the Lespedeza bicolor seeds.
