黄花苜蓿光合蒸腾日变化特征及其与环境因子的关系

Diurnal Dynamics of Photosynthetic and Transpiration Rates of Medicago falcata L. and Their Relationships with Environmental Factors

摘要: 在盆栽条件下,对一年龄黄花苜蓿(Medicago falcata L.)叶片光合蒸腾特征和光合有效辐射(PAR)、空气CO2浓度(Ca)、空气相对湿度(RH)、空气温度(Ta)等环境因子的日变化进行测定,并采用相关系数、偏相关系数和逐步回归方法分析了黄花苜蓿光合蒸腾特性日变化与环境因子的关系。结果表明,光合速率(Pn)和蒸腾速率(Tr)日变化均呈单峰曲线,12:00左右达到峰值,并且没有光合"午休"现象。Pn和Tr与PAR之间呈极显著正相关,与其它环境因子相关不显著,这说明对光合蒸腾特征起决定作用的环境因子是PAR。

Abstract: The photosynthetic and transpiration characteristics of one year old Medicago falcata L.and photosynthetic active radiation(PAR),CO2 concentration in air(Ca),air relative humidity(RH),and air temperature(Ta) were measured under potted conditions and the relationships between the diurnal dynamics of photosynthetic rate(Pn),transpiration rate(Tr) and environmental factors were analyzed by correlation coefficient,partial correlation coefficient,and stepwise multi-regress.The results show that the diurnal dynamics of Pn and Tr was of one-peak curve with the peak appeared at 12:00 pm and no photosynthetic midday depression was detected.Pn and Tr were significantly positively correlated with photo flux density(PFD),but never significantly correlated with other environmental factors.In summary,PAR would be the primary determining factors for the photosynthesis and transpiration characteristics of M.falcata.
