三叶草不同品种茎结构特征与抗旱性的关系

Stem Structure Associated with Drought Resistance in Different Clover Cultivars

摘要: 为评价三叶草3个品种间抗旱能力的强弱,采用石蜡切片法观察其茎解剖结构,分析茎形态结构与不同品种抗旱性的关系,并测定生理指标游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量辅以验证。结果表明:测定茎部6个指标中有5个指标,包括表皮细胞厚度、皮层厚度、角质层厚度、导管直径及木质部面积与维管束面积比值在品种间差异极显著(P<0.01),可作为评定三叶草抗旱性形态结构的理想指标。通过隶属函数值法综合分析茎的形态结构评价3个品种的抗旱能力,依次为黑龙江乡土白三叶(Trifolium repens L.)>瑞文德(T. repens L.)>普通红三叶(T. pratense L.);其相应生理指标判断的抗旱性结果一致。

Abstract: In order to evaluate drought resistance of different clover cultivars, the anatomical stem structure of three clover cultivar was observed using paraffin sections. The relationships between stem structure and drought resistance of different clover cultivars were analyzed and verified by determining free proline, soluble sugar and soluble protein contents. Results showed that five of six indicators of stem, including epidermis cell thickness, cuticle thickness, cortical cell thickness, cortical cell thickness, xylem area/vascular area ratio, had significant difference among different cultivars (P<0.01) which could be used as morphology indicators to evaluate the drought resistance of clover. Comprehensive analysis of stem morphology using subordinate function values indicated that the drought resistance of three clover varieties was ordered as Mini Black Dragon (Trifolium repens L.)> Rivendel (T. repens L.)> Common Clover (T. pretense L.). This result was consistent with the patterns of drought resistance of three clover varieties judged using corresponding physiological indicators
