Effects of Different Improvement Measures of Saline-alkali Grassland on Photosynthesis and Other Physiological Characteristics of Elymus dahuricus

摘要: 在重度盐碱草地上增施糠醛渣(F)、醋糟(V)、农家肥(M)、农家肥+磷肥(M+P)后,种植披碱草(Elymus dahuricus),测定其不同生育期的光合特性,并对脯氨酸(Pro)、丙二醛(MDA)等进行分析,以探讨不同改良措施对披碱草耐盐碱能力的影响。结果表明:施糠醛渣和醋糟后不同生育期披碱草的净光合速率均显著高于其他改良措施和对照,不同改良措施和不同生育期,披碱草净光合速率受气孔和非气孔限制双重因素影响。施糠醛渣和醋糟后不同生育期披碱草的脯氨酸含量显著大于对照和其他改良措施,而丙二醛含量显著小于其他改良措施;丙二醛、脯氨酸和可溶性糖在不同改良措施下都是苗期的含量最高,随着披碱草的生长含量降低。

Abstract: Photosynthetic characteristics and other physiological indexes of Elymus dahuricus were determined during growth stages in heavy saline-alkali grasslands improved by applying furfural residue (F),vinegar residue (V), manure (M), and manure+phosphorus (M+P) fertilizers. Results showed that net photosynthetic rate of Elymus dahuricus in saline-alkali grassland with applying F and V was significantly higher than that with applying other fertilizers at different growth stages. The net photosynthetic rate was affected by both stomatal limitations and nonstomatal limitations under different improvement measures. Proline was higher and MDA was lower by applying F and V than other improvement measures at different growth stages. Proline, MDA and soluble sugar contents under different improvement measures reached the highest in seedling stage then descended with Elymus dahuricus growing.
