不同施氮量对科尔沁沙地紫花苜蓿光合特性及产量的影响

Effects of Different Nitrogen Application Rates on Photosynthetic Characteristics and Yield of Alfalfa in Horqin Sandy Land

摘要: 为揭示减施氮肥对科尔沁沙地紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)光合特性及产量的影响,本研究以'骑士T’为材料,设置N0(0 kg·hm-2),N1(37.5 kg·hm-2),N2(52.5 kg·hm-2)和N3(75 kg·hm-2)共4个施氮处理,研究了苜蓿光合特性、产量及生长特性对氮肥施用量的响应。结果表明:(1)N2处理的净光合速率(Net photosynthetic rate,Pn)最高,胞间CO2浓度(Intercellular CO2concentration,Ci)最低,均与N0处理差异显著(P<0.05);施氮处理的气孔导度(Stomatal conductance,Gs)和蒸腾速率(Transpiration rate,Tr)与对照差异不显著,水分利用效率(Water use efficiency,WUE)则显著高于N0处理(P<0.05)。(2)施氮未显著影响苜蓿株高(Plant height,PH),N2处理的苜蓿茎粗(Stem thick,ST)、单株重(Plant weight,PW)和叶重(Leaf weight,LW)最高(P<0.05)。(3)随施氮量的增加苜蓿干草产量呈先上升后下降的趋势,在N2处理下差异显著(P<0.05)。(4)相关性分析表明,产量与Pn、PW和ST呈极显著正相关性(P<0.01),与WUE和LW呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。综上,建议在科尔沁沙地种植紫花苜蓿的施氮量可以减施至52.5 kg·hm-2

Abstract: In order to reveal the effects of reduced nitrogen fertilization on the photosynthetic characteristics and yield of alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) in Horqin Sand Land, the present study was conducted to investigate the response of alfalfa photosynthetic characteristics and growth characteristics to nitrogen fertilization with four nitrogen application treatments, namely, N0 (0 kg·hm-2), N1 (37.5 kg·hm-2), N2 (52.5 kg·hm-2) and N3 (75 kg·hm-2).'Knight T’ sas used as the material to study the response of alfalfa photosynthetic characteristics, yield and growth characteristics to the application of nitrogen fertilizer. The results showed that:(1) The N2 treatment had the highest net photosynthetic rate (Pn) and the lowest intercellular CO2 concentration (Ci), both of them were significantly different from N0 (P<0.05). The stomatal conductance (Gs) and transpiration rate (Tr) of the nitrogen treatment were different from N0 Not significant. Water use efficiency (WUE) was significantly higher than N0 (P<0.05). (2) Nitrogen application did not significantly affected the height of alfalfa plants, with the N2 treatment showing the highest stem diameter, individual plant weight, and leaf weight (P<0.05). (3) With the increase of nitrogen application rate, the yield of alfalfa hay showed a trend of first increased and then decreased, with significant differences under the N2 treatment (P<0.05). (4) Correlation analysis showed that yield was highly significant and positively correlated (P<0.01) with net photosynthetic rate, individual plant weight and stem thickness, and significantly positively correlated (P<0.05) with water use efficiency and leaf weight.In conclusion. It was recommended to reduce the nitrogen application rate for planting alfalfa in the Horqin Sandy Land to 52.5 kg·hm-2.
