水分胁迫和组合比例对白羊草与达乌里胡枝子叶绿素荧光参数的影响

Chlorophyll Fluorescence Kinetic Parameters of Bothriochloa ischaemum and Lespedeza davurica at Different Combination Ratios under Water Stress

摘要: 通过盆栽控制试验,采用生态替代法,按照白羊草(Bothriochloa ischaemum)(B)和达乌里胡枝子(Lespedeza davurica)(L)株数比设置7种组合比例(12:0,10:2,8:4,6:6,4:8,2:10,0:12)和2种水分处理(正常供水和水分胁迫,分别为田间持水量的80%和40%),测定和比较了不同水分和组合比例下2草种的叶绿素荧光动力学参数。结果表明:短期水分胁迫对白羊草和达乌里胡枝子的FoFmFv/Fm影响不显著,但显著降低了单播白羊草和除B8L4外其余混播比例中达乌里胡枝子的ΦPSⅡ和qP,说明白羊草和达乌里胡枝子均具有较强的抗旱性,其中白羊草对水分胁迫更为敏感;二者混播时白羊草抗旱性增强,达乌里胡枝子的降低。正常供水下B10L2中白羊草的ΦPSⅡ和qP大于单播;水分胁迫下B8L4中白羊草和达乌里胡枝子的ΦPSⅡ均大于单播,表明正常供水下B10L2比例有利于提高白羊草PSⅡ活性,水分胁迫下B8L4比例有利于改善白羊草和达乌里胡枝子的PSⅡ活性。

Abstract: In order to investigate and compare the chlorophyll fluorescence kinetic parameters of Bothriochloa ischaemum (B) and Lespedeza davurica (L) under different water conditions and combination ratios, pot experiment was conducted using a replacement series design in which B. ischaemum and L. davurica were sowed at seven plant ratios (12:0, 10:2, 8:4, 6:6, 4:8, 2:10, 0:12) under two water regimes (well-watered (WW), 80%FC and water-stressed (WS), 40%FC). Results showed that the minimal fluorescence (Fo), maximum fluorescence (Fm) and the ratio of variable maximum fluorescence (Fv/Fm) values of B. ischaemum and L. davurica had no significant differences between water treatments. The photochemical quenching coefficient (qP) and active photochemical efficiency (ΦPSⅡ) values of B. ischaemum with monoculture and of L. davurica with mixture sowing except B8L4 treatment decreased significantly under water stress, which demonstrated that both B. ischaemum and L. davurica had strong drought resistance, while B. ischaemum was more sensitive to water stress compared with L. davurica. The drought resistance of B. ischaemum was enhanced by mixture planting, whereas that of L. davurica reduced. The ΦPSⅡ and qP values of B. ischaemum in B10L2 treatment were higher than that in monoculture treatment under well-watered condition, whereas the ΦPSⅡ values of B. ischaemum and L. davurica in B8L4 treatment were higher than that in monoculture under water stress, which illustrated that the ratio of B10L2 treatment improved the activity of the PSⅡ reaction center and photochemical reaction efficiency of B. ischaemum under well-watered condition, while the ratio of B8L4 treatment improved the activity of the PSⅡ reaction center and photochemical reaction efficiency of both species under water stress.
