渗灌和喷灌对匍匐剪股颖种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响

Effects of Infiltrating Irrigation and Overhead Irrigation or Sprinkler Irrigation on the Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Creeping Bentgrass

摘要:

为探讨渗灌在草种发芽建坪上的应用,以匍匐剪股颖(Agrostis stolonifera)种子为试验材料,通过人工气候室盆栽试验,研究渗灌和喷灌2种不同灌溉方式对匍匐剪股颖种子萌发与幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:渗灌下种子发芽势显著低于喷灌。整个草坪建植期间,渗灌下草坪盖度显著低于喷灌。播种后30 d内,2种灌溉方式对匍匐剪股颖植株的生长影响较小,30 d后,渗灌下匍匐剪股颖的株高、单株总叶数、单株茎蘖数和垂直生长速度等指标均显著高于喷灌,其成坪后的单株生物量也显著高于喷灌,单株生长已能够弥补因种子萌发出苗较少的不足,成坪后2种灌溉方式在单位面积的群体生物量和根长上无显著差异,用渗灌方式建植匍匐剪股颖草坪可行。

Abstract:

In order to discuss the application of infiltrating irrigation on turf establishment,a pot experiment in growth chamber was used to compare the effects of infiltrating irrigation and spray irrigation on seed germination and seedling growth of creeping bentgrass(Agrostis stolonifera). The results showed that spray irrigation had better seed germination vigor, and higher turf density, and higher turf coverage than infiltrating irrigation after sowing. During the 30 days after sowing, there was little difference in seedling growth between two irrigation methods. However, after 30 days, infiltrating irrigation had faster plant growth, indicated by higher plant height, more leaves and tillers per plant, and higher vertical growth rate, and more biomass after establishment(50 d), when compared to spray irrigation. The faster seedling growth under infiltrating irrigation later on compensated for the less seed germination at the begining, and no significant difference was observed on biomass per unit area and root length between two irrigation methods. The results indicated that infiltrating irrigation could be used for creeping bentgrass establishment.
