不同干旱处理对科尔沁沙地不同苜蓿品种生产性能的影响

Effects of different drought treatments on productive performance of different alfalfa varieties in Horqin Sandy Land

摘要: 以内蒙古科尔沁沙地广泛种植的苜蓿品种为研究对象,通过模拟生长季刈割后维持不同干旱2周再复水,通过对株高和产量的观测,研究科尔沁沙地不同品种苜蓿的抗旱性。结果表明:生长季刈割后不同干旱处理条件对不同品种苜蓿的影响不同,‘WL298’品种的抗旱能力最强,只有在当田间持水量的15%~20%的干旱处理条件下,其干物质含量才显著的低于对照处理,最多比对照降低了53.5%。‘骑士T’根颈对水分变化最为敏感,水分充足时‘骑士T’表现出最佳的生长及再生能力,所有干旱处理后的干物质含量均显著的低于对照处理,降低值最高达57.8%。

Abstract: This research used the alfalfa varieties which were widely grown in Horqin Sandy land of Inner Mongolia,to explore the drought resistance of crown after cutting and maintaining droughts for 2 weeks before re-hydration in simulated growth season.The results showed that drought conditions after cutting in the growing season had different effects on alfalfa. The drought resistance of ‘WL298’ was the strongest among all the varieties. The dry matter content of ‘WL298’ was significantly lower than that of the control only under the drought treatment with 15%~20% water holding of field capacity. And it was 53.5% lower than the control. The root neck of ‘Knight T’ was the most sensitive one to water changes. ‘Knight T’ showed the best growth and regeneration ability when water was sufficient. The dry matter of alfalfa under all drought treatments was significantly lower than that under control treatment,and the lowest value was 42.2% of the control.
