粤北石漠化土地治理措施的有效性研究

Study on the effectiveness of control measures for rocky desertification land in northern Guangdong

摘要: 为了比较粤北石漠化区域传统治理措施的有效性,本研究通过实地调查并采用层次分析法(AHP),研究了5个石漠化程度和7个传统治理措施;对B层判断矩阵单排序及一致性检验结果发现,潜在石漠化土地和轻度石漠化土地具有轻度生态风险,中度石漠化土地具有中度生态风险,重度和极重度石漠化土地具有强度生态风险;对C层判断矩阵单排序及一致性检验结果发现,不同治理措施对不同石漠化土地的效应不同,石漠化程度越强,治理措施效应越低;治理措施组合权重分析结果显示退耕还林草+人工造林和禁止乱垦滥伐+农村能源建设2项措施对治理粤北石漠化土地具有不可替代的重要性。

Abstract: In order to compare the effectiveness of traditional control measures in the rocky desertification area of northern Guangdong,five rocky desertification levels and seven traditional control measures were studied through field investigation and analytic hierarchy process (AHP) in this research. The results of single ranking and consistency test of judgment matrix at B-layer showed that the potential and light rocky desertification land existed light ecological risk,moderate rocky desertification land existed moderate ecological risk,and heavy and extreme rocky desertification land existed highest ecological risk;based on the results of single ranking and consistency test of judgment matrix at C-layer,the different measures for controlling rocky desertification land had the various effects,which the effect of control measures was low along with the increased rocky desertification level. The results of combined weight analyses on control measures indicated that returning farmland to forest and grass with artificial afforestation and banning deforestation with rural energy construction are of irreplaceable importance to control rocky desertification in northern Guangdong.
