不同种衣剂配方对达乌里胡枝子幼苗生长和生理特性的影响

Effects of Different Seed Coating Formulations on the Growth and Physiological Characteristics of Lespedeza daurica Seedlings

摘要: 本试验以‘晋农一号’达乌里胡枝子(Lespedeza daurica ‘Jinnong No.1’,简称LD)为材料,选用聚乙烯醇、高吸水性树脂、根瘤菌(Rhizobium)、硅藻土和膨润土对LD种子进行包衣(包衣剂与种子的质量比分别为1:1和2:1),研究不同配方种衣剂对LD的生长和相关生理指标的影响,探究LD的最适种衣剂配方。结果表明:包衣处理组幼苗的株高、地上及地下生物量显著提高(P<0.05);根瘤菌与种衣剂复合包衣处理组的出苗率和成苗率提高,根瘤数和结瘤率显著提高(P<0.05);包衣处理组可溶性糖和可溶性蛋白含量、过氧化氢酶和超氧化物歧化酶活性均显著提高(P<0.05);根瘤菌与种衣剂复合包衣处理组的丙二醛含量降低,过氧化物酶活性显著提高(P<0.05)。其中,药种比为1:1时LD生长特性及各项生理指标均显著提高。故LD种衣剂药种比的最佳配比为1:1,配方为:根瘤菌菌剂100 g·kg-1、黏着剂300 mL·kg-1、保水剂50 g·kg-1、硅藻土440 g·kg-1和膨润土110 g·kg-1

Abstract: This research was aimed to study the growth of Lespedeza daurica and the physiological indexes of different formulations of coating agent to determine the optimum seed coating formulation that maximize the seedling growth of L.daurica. The experimental material was L.daurica ‘Jinnong No.1’(LD for short). The seeds of LD were coated with polyvinyl alcohol,super absorbent resin,Rhizobium,diatomite and bentonite (the mass ratio of coating agent and seeds was 1:1 and 2:1 respectively).The results showed that the plant height,aboveground and underground biomass of seedlings in the coating treatment group were significantly increased;the emergence rate and the seedling rate,the number of nodules and the nodulation rate were significantly increased in the coating treatment group;the content of soluble sugar,soluble protein,the activity of peroxidase and superoxide dismutase were significantly increased in the coating treatment group;the activity of Rhizobium and the coating agent were significantly increased. The content of malondialdehyde decreased and the activity of peroxidase increased significantly in the coated group. Among them,the growth characteristics and physiological indexes of LD were significantly improved when the drug ratio was 1:1. Therefore,the best ratio of LD seed coating agent is 1:1,which is 100 g·kg-1 for rhizobia,300 ml·kg-1 for adhesive,50 g·kg-1 for water retaining agent,440 g·kg-1 for diatomite and 110 g·kg-1 for bentonite.
