农牧交错带复合生态经济系统的能值分析—以甘肃省定西市为例

Emergy Analysis On Complex Ecological Economic System of Agro-pastoral Transitional Zone-A Case of Dingxi in Gansu

摘要: 为了客观、准确的评价定西市复合生态经济系统的发展现状,本研究运用能值分析方法构建了评价指标体系对2009-2018年定西市复合生态经济系统的可持续发展、健康水平进行综合分析和评价。结果表明:2009-2018年定西市复合生态经济系统是一个以农业发展为主的经济不发达系统,工业化发展水平较低,人口处于超负荷状态,环境压力大。总能值呈现逐渐增加的变化趋势,增长了7.96倍;废弃物与可更新资源能值比、环境负荷率、人均能值量、人均电力能值从2009年的17.26%,17.19,7.93×1015sej·人-1,2.83×1013 sej·人-1增加到了2018年的31.89%,91.23,6.58×1016sej·人-1,7.42×1013sej·人-1;电力能值比和人口承载量分别从2009年的0.0036和1.62×105人降低到了2018年的0.0011和3.10×104人;能值可持续指数和健康能值指数由2009年的467.07,1.10降低到了2018年的69.34,0.28。由此可以看出,2009-2018年定西市复合生态经济系统的可持续发展水平不容乐观,健康水平有待提升。

Abstract: In order to objectively and accurately evaluate the development status of the composite ecological economic system in dingxi city,the sustainable development and health levels of eco-economic system in dingxi city from 2009 to 2018 were comprehensively evaluated through emergy-based indicators system built on the basis of emergy analysis. The results showed that dingxi City complex ecological economic system was an underdeveloped economic system and mainly based on agricultural development,with low level of industrialization,overburdened population and great environmental pressure. Although the total emergy value showed an increasing trend,up to 7.96 times increase in the total emergy use during 2009 to 2018. But,in general,the consumption of non-renewable resources was the main power to support the operation of the whole system. The ratio of waste to renewable resources,environmental load rate,emergy per person,the per capite electricity emergy increased from 17.26%,17.19,7.93×1015sej·person-1,2.83×1013sej·person-1 in 2009 to 31.89%,91.23,6.58×1016sej·person-1,7.42×1013sej·person-1 in 2018,respectively. Meanwhile,the ratio of electricity to total emergy and capacity of population decreased from 0.0036,1.62×105person in 2009 to 0.0011,3.10×104 person in 2018,respectively;the emergy sustainability index dropped from 467.07 in 2009 to 69.34 in 2018;health emergy index decreased from 1.10 in 2009 to 0.28 in 2018. In conclusion,the sustainable development leve of dingxi complex ecological economic system was not optimistic from 2009 to 2018.and health level should to be improved.
