摘要: 为探究门源县越冬成功的3种紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)抗寒性生理,为门源县筛选出抗寒性强的苜蓿品种提供理论依据,本研究测定了红沟村3种紫花苜蓿不同时期生理生化指标,并利用隶属函数值法确定3种苜蓿的抗寒性强弱。结果表明:3种紫花苜蓿除丙二醛含量与温度呈正相关关系外,其余指标与温度呈负相关关系;从不同月份来看,3种紫花苜蓿除丙二醛外其余指标含量(活性)均1月最高。应用隶属函数值法对门源县3种紫花苜蓿抗寒性综合评价得出'中蒙1号’紫花苜蓿抗寒性最强。

Abstract: Exploring the physiology of cold resistance of three alfalfa successfully overwintering in Menyuan County provides a theoretical basis for selecting alfalfa varieties with strong cold resistance in Menyuan County. Physiological and biochemical indexes of three alfalfa species in Honggou were determined at different periods,and the membership function method was used to determine the cold resistance of the three alfalfa species. The results showed that the content of malondialdehyde in the three alfalfa species was positively correlated with temperature,and the other indexes were negatively correlated with temperature. From the perspective of different months,the content (activity) of the three alfalfa species except for malondialdehyde was the highest in January. Using the membership function method to comprehensively evaluate the cold resistance of three alfalfa species in Menyuan County,it is concluded that M. sativa ‘Zhongmeng No.1’ had the strongest cold resistance.
