高寒草甸根系分布特征及与土壤温湿度关系的研究

Characteristics of Root Distribution in Alpine Meadows and the Relationship with Soil Temperature and Moisture

摘要: 植被根系的分布特征是其适应和改变环境能力的体现,研究植被根系对草地生态系统的可持续发展有重要意义。本研究以怒江源区那曲流域不同海拔梯度的高寒草甸作为研究对象,采用微根管技术探讨根系的分布特征,并分析其与环境因子的关系。结果表明:高寒草甸根系对季节变化响应敏感,约有80%的根系分布在0~25cm的土层,且分布较均匀,细根在土壤中所占比例随土壤深度增加而增大;进一步分析发现,海拔越高,根系越往土壤较浅层分布,特征参数呈现降低趋势。冗余分析表明,土壤温湿度呈正相关关系时,两者主要通过影响根径大于0.5mm的根来影响根系参数;呈负相关关系时,根系在土壤表层对土壤温度的变化更为敏感。

Abstract: The distribution characteristics of vegetation roots are the embodiment of their ability to adapt and change the environment. Its research is of great significance to the sustainable development of the grassland ecosystem. In this study,the alpine Kobresia meadow at different altitude gradients in Naqu watershed of Nujiang source area was taken as the research object,and the minirhizotron technology was used to explore the distribution characteristics of roots and analyze its relationship with environmental factors. The results showed that the root system of the alpine meadow was sensitive to seasonal changes,about 80% of the roots were distributed evenly in the 0~25 cm soil layer,and the proportion of fine roots in the soil increased with the soil depth. Further analysis showed that with the increase of altitude gradient,the root system distributed further into the shallower soil layers,and the characteristic parameters showed a decreasing trend. Redundancy analysis showed that when soil temperature and moisture were positively correlated,they affected root parameters mainly by affecting roots that had a root diameter greater than 0.5 mm;when negatively correlated,the root system was more sensitive to changes in soil temperature at the soil surface.
