外源褪黑素不同浸种浓度和时长对干旱胁迫下无芒雀麦种子萌发的影响

Effects of Different Concentrations and Immersion Durations of Exogenous Melatonin on Seed Germination of Bromus inermis under Drought Stress

摘要: 为筛选促进干旱胁迫下无芒雀麦种子萌发的最佳外源褪黑素(MT)处理方法,本研究以不同浓度(0~200μmol·L-1)的MT分别对无芒雀麦种子浸种处理12h,24h和48h,探究处理浓度与浸种时长对干旱胁迫(23% PEG-6000)下种子萌发的影响。结果表明,外源MT显著影响干旱胁迫下无芒雀麦种子的萌发指标,隶属函数分析得出,75μmol·L-1MT浸种24h无芒雀麦种子具有最高的萌发力,此时供试材料的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数及活力指数分别较无施加MT组提高了34.24%,68.71%,69.61%,78.14%。该研究结果可以为无芒雀麦种子浸种及干旱半干旱区禾草建植与生态修复提供一定的参考依据。

Abstract: In order to select the optimal exogenous melatonin treatment on promoting seed germination of Bromus inermis Leyss under drought stress,the effects of melatonin concentration (0~200 μmol·L-1) and immersion duration (12 h,24 h and 48 h) were investigated on seed germination under simulated drought (23% PEG-6000 simulation). The results showed that the exogenous melatonin significantly affected the germination indexes of Bromus inermis seeds under drought stress. The affiliation function analysis yielded the highest germination power of Bromus inermis seeds when immersed with 75 μmol·L-1MT for 24 h. At this time,the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index of the tested materials increased by 34.24%,68.71%,69.61%,78.14%,respectively,compared with the 0 μmol·L-1MT seed immersion group. The results of this study can provide some reference for Bromus inermis seed immersion and grassland establishment as well as ecological restoration in arid and semi-arid areas.
