刈割留茬高度对大针茅草原群落组成及种间关系的影响

Effects of Stubble Height on Community Composition and Interspecific Relationship of Stipa grandis Steppe

摘要: 刈割是大针茅(Stipa grandis)草原的主要利用方式之一,为探究刈割留茬高度对大针茅草原群落组成及种间关系的影响,本试验于2014年在内蒙古锡林郭勒盟毛登牧场大针茅典型草原,设置不同刈割留茬高度(分别为留茬8,5,2 cm),以围封不刈割(CK)为对照,共4个处理,于2020年8月生物量高峰期通过测定群落植物的种类、高度、密度和盖度,并记录群落物种出现的样方数及每个样方内出现的所有物种数,分析刈割留茬高度对大针茅草原群落组成及种间关系的影响。结果表明:群落优势物种在留茬5 cm处理下呈现出显著正联结。对照区明显负关联的物种对占总体的11%,具有明显正关联的物种占总体的12%;留茬8 cm具有明显负关联的物种对占总体的4%,具有明显正关联的物种占总体的4%;留茬5 cm具有明显负关联的物种对占总体的7%,具有明显正关联的物种占总体的5%;留茬2 cm具有明显负关联的物种对占总体的33%,具有明显正关联的物种占总体的17%。留茬5 cm处理时共同出现百分率、Dice系数(DI指数)及Ochiai系数(OI指数)均较对照区降低。

Abstract: Stubble is one of the main utilization methods of S. grandis. To investigate the response of community composition and interspecific relationship to the stubble height of S. grandis steppe,our experiment was conducted in the S. grandis steppe of Xilingol,Inner Mongolia,China in 2014. We set non-mowing,enclosure (CK),as the control and different mowing stubble heights (8,5 and 2 cm,respectively) for a total of 4 treatments and field sampling was conducted at peak biomass in August 2020. We measured plant species,height,density,and cover,and recorded the number of sample squares in which each species occurred and the number of all species occurring in each sample square separately. Our results indicated that when the stubble height was under 5 cm,the dominant species of the community showed significant positive associations. Under the control treatment,11% of the total species had a significant negative correlation,12% of the total species had a positive correlation. When the stubble height was 8 cm,4% of the total species had a significant negative correlation and 4% of the total species had a positive correlation. When the stubble height was 5 cm,7% of the total species had a significant negative correlation,and 5% of the total species had a positive correlation. When the stubble height was 2 cm,33% of total species had a significant negative correlation and 17% of total species had a positive correlation. The PC,DI index,and OI index were lower in the 5 cm stubble treatment compared to the control.
