40份不同种质资源山蚂蝗有机肥品质评价

Organic Manure Quality Evaluation for the 40 Species of Desmodium Desv. Green Manures

摘要: 为筛选出优质的山蚂蝗(Desmodium Desv.)种质,本研究分析了40份山蚂蝗种质资源的有机物与矿质养分含量,并在此基础上进行了有机肥分级评价。结果表明:40份山蚂蝗粗有机物含量均较高,平均为92.4%,达一级水平,其中有2份种质含量显著高于对照(‘热研16号’卵叶山蚂蝗)(P<0.05);氮含量平均为2.36%,达二级水平,其中有16份种质含量显著高于对照(P<0.05);钾含量平均为1.69%,达三级水平,其中有28份种质含量显著高于对照(P<0.05);磷的含量较低,平均仅为0.22%,为四级水平,其中仅有5份种质含量显著高于对照(P<0.05)。有机肥评价结果表明,40份山蚂蝗种质均为二级以上有机肥,其中斜茎山蚂蝗(CIAT13753)和山蚂蝗(CIAT23537)为一级有机肥,是新品种培育的优良育种材料。

Abstract: To screen out high-quality Desmodium(Desmodium Desv.)germplasms,the crude organic matter and mineral nutrients content of the 40 Desmodium Desv. germplasm resources were analyzed,and on this basis,the classification and evaluation of organic manure for the germplasms were carried out. The results showed that 40 Desmodium Desv. germplasm resources bore the high crude organic matter content,and the average content was 92.4%,which could be classified as the first level,the content of 2 accessions among them was significantly higher than that of CK (Desmodium ovalifolium Wall. 'Reyan No.16');The germplasms bore the high nitrogen content,and the average content was 2.36%,which could be classified as the second level,the content of 16 germplasms among of them was higher than CK;The germplasms bore the common potassium content,and the average content was 1.69%,which could be classified as the third level,and the content of 28 germplasms among of them was higher than CK;The germplasms bore the low phosphorus content,and the average content was 0.22%,which could be classified as the fourth level,and the content of only 5 germplasms was higher than CK. The classification and evaluation of organic manure results showed that the germplasms of Desmodium Desv. in this research were all classified as second even above the second level organic manure,among them,Desmodium Distortum (CIAT13753) and Desmodium sp. (CIAT23537) were classified as the organic manure at the first level,which was good breeding materials for a new variety.
