不同温度下白颖苔草(Carex rigescens)种子发芽的生理特性研究

摘要: 白颖苔草(Carex rigescens)作为我国北方优良的草坪地被植物,在园林绿地中具有广泛的应用前景。然而白颖苔草的种子发芽率低、发芽时间长限制了其规模化利用。本文研究了不同温度下白颖苔草种子发芽及发芽过程中营养物质含量及相关酶活性的变化。结果表明:30℃/20℃促进白颖苔草种子的发芽,在此条件下,种子发芽过程中淀粉、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白含量逐渐降低,变温与恒温下白颖苔草种子的淀粉、可溶性蛋白含量存在显著差异。变温下淀粉酶活性呈先升高后下降的趋势,过氧化物酶(Peroxidase,POD)活性逐渐升高,且整体上显著高于恒温下淀粉酶和POD活性。本研究初步探讨了不同温度下白颖苔草种子发芽过程的生理机制,为白颖苔草种子研究工作的开展提供了理论依据和技术支撑。

Abstract: Carex rigescens,as an excellent lawn ground cover plant in north China,has a broad prospect of application in garden greening. However,the low seed germination rate and long germination time of that plant limited its large-scale utilization. This paper studied the seed germination and the changes of nutrient content and related enzyme activity during Carex rigescens seed germination at different temperatures. The results showed that the temperature change of 30℃/20℃ promoted the seed germination of Carex rigescens. Under this condition,the contents of starch,soluble sugar and soluble protein gradually decreased during seed germination. There was a significant difference in the contents of starch and soluble protein of the seeds between variable temperature and constant temperature during the seed germination. Under variable temperature,the activity of amylase increased first and then decreased,and the activity of peroxidase increased gradually,which was significantly higher than that under constant temperature. This study preliminarily disclosed the physiological mechanism of Carex rigescens seed germination,which provided theoretical basis and technical support for the development of Carex rigescens seed research.
