三种钝化剂对镉铅污染农田的钝化修复效应研究

Passivated Remediation Effects of Lime,Sepiolite and Biochar on Cadmium-lead Contaminated Cropland Around a Lead-zinc Mine in Yunnan Province

摘要: 为探究海泡石、石灰和生物炭三种钝化剂对镉铅污染土壤的修复效果,采用大田试验和盆栽试验,研究了钝化剂对土壤不同形态Cd,Pb含量,团聚体组成及细菌群落结构的影响。结果表明:(1)施加钝化剂促进土壤中重金属由活性高形态向活性低形态转化。施用石灰、海泡石显著降低弱酸提取态Cd,Pb分别为5.03%,33.6%,使残渣态Cd,Pb分别提高7.32%,20.62%;(2)钝化处理改变各级土壤团聚体含量。施加石灰能显著提高>2 mm团聚体含量,海泡石可显著降低<0.053 mm团聚体含量,施加石灰对MWD增幅最高(71.2%),施用生物炭、海泡石使<0.053 mm团聚体中的Cd,Pb含量下降49.4%,36.6%;(3)施用石灰使壤中流的Cd,Pb含量下降37.8%,65.2%;(4)土壤经钝化后,显著提高了土壤细菌群落的丰富度和多样性,其中石灰处理提高效果最佳。综合分析,三种钝化材料中石灰的修复效果最佳。

Abstract: The effects of sepiolite,lime and biochar on soil Cadmium and Lead contents,soil aggregates and bacterial community structure were studied in field and pot experiments. The results showed that:(1) application of passivation agents,lime,sepiolite and biochar promoted the conversion of heavy metals from highly active forms to low-active forms in soil contaminated by cadmium,lead and other heavy metals;the application of lime and sepiolite significantly reduced the Cd,Pb content of weak acid extraction by 5.03% and 33.6%,and increased the residual Cd and Pb by 7.32% and 20.62% correspondingly. (2) The treatments of the passivation agents changed the aggregates content of soil at all levels. Lime application significantly increased the content of >2 mm aggregates,and sepiolite application significantly reduced the content of <0.053 mm aggregates,and lime has the highest increase of MWD (71.2%). The biochar and sepiolite applications reduced the content of Cd and Pb in <0.053 mm soil aggregates by 49.4% and 36.6%. (3) The content of Cd and Pb in the soil flow decreased by 37.8% and 65.2% after lime application. (4) The richness and diversity of soil bacterial community were significantly increased after applications of the soil passivation agents,and the lime treatment had the best improvement effect. The comprehensive analysis on three passivation agents shown,the lime had the best remediation effects on the Cd and Pb contaminated soil.
