大狼毒主要化感物质对山地草甸土壤微生物物种多样性的影响

Effects of Main Allelopathic Substances of Euphorbia jolkinii on Species Diversity of Soil Microorganisms in Montane Meadow

摘要: 为探讨大狼毒(Euphorbia jolkinii)化感物质在其种群入侵过程中的调节作用,本试验采用人为控制添加化感物质溶液、室内培养土壤样品和宏基因组测序技术,测定分析添加4-硝基苯酚和2-苯乙胺溶液对山地草甸土壤微生物的影响。结果表明:2种化感物质的添加均会显著增加土壤微生物种水平的物种数目;4-硝基苯酚添加对土壤细菌和真菌的物种组成、丰富度和多样性均无显著影响;2-苯乙胺添加会改变土壤细菌酸杆菌门(Acidobacteria)、变形菌门(Proteobacteria)、亚硝化杆菌属(Candidatus_Nitrosotalea)和慢生根瘤菌属(Bradyrhizobium)的相对丰度,显著增加土壤细菌物种多样性和均匀度,以及真菌丰富度(P<0.05)。综上,大狼毒2种主要化感物质的添加增加了山地草甸土壤微生物物种数目,促进了土壤微生物的生长繁殖,但不同物质对土壤微生物多样性的影响存在差异,与4-硝基苯酚相比,2-苯乙胺的影响程度更高。

Abstract: To investigate the regulatory role of Euphorbia jolkinii allelopathic substances in the invasion process of its population. In this study, we measured and analyzed the effects of addition of 4-Nitrophenol and 2-Phenylethylamine on soil microorganisms in the montane meadow by using artificially controlled addition of allelochemical solutions, indoor culture of soil samples, and macro-genome sequencing technology. The results showed that the addition of 4-Nitrophenol had no significant effect on the species composition, abundance and diversity of soil bacteria and fungi, while the addition of 2-Phenylethylamine altered the soil bacterial Acidobacteria, Proteobacteria,Candidatus_Nitrosotalea and Bradyrhizobium, and significantly increased soil bacterial species diversity and evenness, as well as fungal richness (P<0.05). In conclusion, the addition of Euphorbia jolkinii 2 major allelochemical solutions increased the number of soil microbial species and promoted the growth and reproduction of soil microorganisms in the montane meadow, but there were differences in the effects of the different substances on the diversity of soil microorganisms, and the extent of the effect of 2-Phenylethylamine was even higher than that of 4-Nitrophenol.
