二倍体鸭茅农艺性状的初步研究

摘要: 采于横断山区野生的五份二倍体鸭茅与采自横断山和庐山的野生四倍体鸭茅进行农艺性状的对比研究,结果表明,二倍体鸭茅生育期比四倍体长26天,拔节期延迟45天,以后的生长速度高于四倍体;但种子质量,分蘖力,再生性,茎叶比,抗热力等均不如四倍体鸭茅;分蘖期刈割,年均干草产量3650kg/ha,相当于四倍体的30%,粗蛋白质年均产量573kg/ha,相当于四倍体的26.5%;二倍体孕穗期干物质年产为3930kg/ha,粗蛋白620kg/ha,分别为四倍体鸭茅的25%和27.5%。

Abstract: The agronomic characters of wild 5 diploids and 2 tetraploids of Dectyis glomerataL.which were collected from Hunduan and Lushan mountains in China are studied, and the results are as follows:Compared with tetraploids, the diploids have longer growing perbo (26 days longer), andthey need more 45 days for shooting stage, but once they shooted, they grew faster.The tetraploids were richer in leaves, better in the quality of seed, more ability of the tillering and regrowth, and appeared stronger resistance to heat.Cutting at the early time of shooting period, thedry matter of diploids had an annual avereqe yield of 3560kg/ha, which was 30 percent of that tetraploids, and the crude protein yield was 573kg/ha, which was 26 .5 percent of that tetraploids.Ifcut in the forting stage, the dry matter of diploids was an annual average yield of 3939kg/ha,which was a quarter of that tetraploids and the crude protein was 620 kg/ha, 27.5 percent of thattetraploids.
