抗褐斑病苜蓿RAPD多态性研究

Studies on RAPD Polymorphic in Alfalfa Resistant to Brown Blot

摘要: 运用RAPD技术,采用集群分离分析法对5个苜蓿品种进行抗褐斑病基因连锁的分子标记研究。结果表明,在160个随机引物中有107个有扩增产物,其中54个扩增出的产物的电泳图谱较稳定、清晰,再从中筛选出8个能够同时在3个以上苜蓿品种内的抗、感材料间显示多态性的随机引物,其RAPD标记的大小为600~1400bp。

Abstract: Randomly amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) was employed to detect molecular markers linked to the gene resistant of brown blot in 5 alfalfa varieties. The results show that, 54 of 107 arbitrary primers could amplify clear and repeating bands; polymorphic bands were found between resistant and susceptible plants of more than 3 varieties of alfalfa,that were RAPD linked to the gene resistant of brown blot;the length of the bands was 600~1400bp.
