施肥对野生大豆饲草产量和品质的影响

Effect of Fertilization on Forage Yield and Quality of Wild Soybean

摘要: 研究N、P、K肥单施与混施对野生大豆(Glycine soja Sieb.et Zucc.)生长发育、饲草产量和品质的影响。结果表明:单施与混施者,野生大豆干草产量比对照分别高34.5%和77.3%;单施干草产量比对照分别提高31.7%、48.2%和23.5%;N、P、K混施或N、P混施,分别比对照提高104.6%和93.2%;单施P、K,株高分别为27.3和25.3cm,冠高分别比单施N肥高11.3和11 cm;单施N、P、K,饲草粗蛋白质(CP)含量在现蕾期和盛花期与对照间差异不显著,但结荚期则差异显著(P<0.05);中性洗涤纤维(NDF)和酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)含量与对照间差异不显著;N、P、K混施则能显著提高饲草CP含量,比对照提高21%,而NDF和ADF含量则分别下降12%和11%;综上所述,N、P、K混施比单施更有利于提高野生大豆的饲草产量和品质。

Abstract: Fertilizer appication has the potential to improve the forage productivity of wild soybean(Glycine soja),but the effects of different fertilizer and the combination on yield and quality of wild soybean were different.Limited information for improving forage yield and quality of wild soybean by application of fertilizer can be used,the objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of single fertilizer and combined fertilizer application on growth,forage yield and quality of wild soybean with a field experiment.The results indicated that both of single and combined fertilizer application increased yield.The 34.5% and 77.3% of average yield of wild soybean was increased by single N,P or K fertilizer application and combined fertilizer application compared with the control,respectively.The yield of wild soybean was increased by 31.7%,48.2% and 23.5%,with N,P and K fertilizer single application,respectively,while with N,P and K fertilizer combined application and N and P fertilizer combined application increased by 104.6% and 93.2% compared with the control.Canopy height and main stem length of wild soybean were increased with the fertilizer application.Canopy height of wild soybean with P or K fertilizer single application was 11.3 and 11 cm higher than with N fertilizer application.Main stem length of wild soybean with P or K fertilizer single application was 27.3 and 25.3 cm longer than with N fertilizer single application.There was no significant difference in crude protein(CP) concentration of forage between wild soybean with N,P or K single application and the control at budding and flowering stages,but CP concentration with fertilizer application was significantly higher than in controlbetween N,P or K fertilizer single application and the control during the three growth stages.The combined fertilizer application increased CP concentration and decreased NDF and ADF concentration of forage.CP concentration of wild soybean with fertilizer combined application was 21% higher than in control,meanwhile,NDF and ADF concentration with fertilizer combined application were 12.0% and 11.0% lower than in control.The results suggest that N,P and K fertilizer combined application can improve the forage yield and quality of wild soybean more effective than single fertilizer application.
