摘要/Abstract

摘要： 为探讨不同添加剂对小黑麦(Triticosecale Wittmack)青贮饲料发酵品质、养分及硝基化合物含量的影响,分别添加6 mL/kg甲酸或2%蔗糖后,袋装青贮.经取样分析,结果表明:与对照相比,添加甲酸可以显著降低小黑麦青贮饲料的pH值,提高乳酸含量,降低乙酸、丁酸、氨氮含量,添加蔗糖显著提高了小黑麦青贮饲料的pH值,以及乙酸、丁酸、氨氮的含量;不同添加剂处理间小黑麦青贮饲料的CP、NDF、ADF含量没有显著差异,青贮后硝酸盐含量显著下降(P<0.05),亚硝酸盐含量显著增加(P<0.05).

Abstract: The fermentative quality,nutrient,and nitrate and nitrite content of bagged triticale silages with addition of 6 mL穔g^-1 formic acid or 2% sucrose were studied.The results show that,in comparison with CK, formic acid significantly decreased the pH value and increased the acetic acid, butyric acid,and ammonia nitrogen contents of triticale silage,while sucrose significantly increased the pH value,acetic acid,butyric acid,and ammonia nitrogen contents.There were no significant difference in CP,NDF,or ADF content of triticale silages between different additives;the nitrate content decreased significantly after ensilaged and nitrite content increased significantly(P<0.05).
