不同秋眠级苜蓿品种在贵州的适应性研究

Study on the Adaptability of Alfalfa Cultivars with Different Fall Dormancy Rates in Guizhou Area

摘要: 对美国11个秋眠级苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)品种地上、地下部生长表现和9个农艺性状进行对比研究及相关性分析。结果表明:不同秋眠级苜蓿品种在贵州地区生长中,受秋眠级直接影响的性状有叶长、叶宽、叶面积、越夏率,均呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),相关系数分别为0.907,0.901,0.947,0.772;与年产量、根干重呈正相关,相关系数分别为0.611,0.637;与茎叶比呈显著负相关(P<0.05),相关系数分别为-0.667;Dona Ana,Pierce,CUF101和UC-1887在地上、地下部生长表现较其他品种具有优势,整体适应性较好,在贵州地区适宜推广和种植的苜蓿品种秋眠级为7~10。

Abstract: Eleven different American fall-dormancy alfalfa cultivars were studied for fall-dormancy rates relative to their growth of nine agronomic traits.Results showed that fall-dormancy rate has a significantly positive correlation with leaf length,leaf width,leaf area and summer survival rate of alfalfa in Guizhou area with correlation coefficients of 0.907,0.901,0.947,0.772 respectively.There are positive correlations with annual yield and root dry weight(correlation coefficient of 0.611 and 0.637),accompanied by a significant negative correlation with stem-leaf ratio(correlation coefficient of-0.667).The cultivar Dona Ana,Pierce,CUF 101 and UC-1887 exhibited better adaptability than other cultivars in growth of both aboveground and underground.The suitable fall dormancy rate for Guizhou area is 7-10.
