青藏高原高寒草原生态系统植被磷含量分布特征及其影响因素

Distribution Characteristics and Influence Factors of Vegetation Phosphorus Content of Alpine Grassland Ecosystem in Qinhai-Tibet Plateau

摘要: 采用野外调查与室内分析相结合的研究方法,对高寒草原生态系统植被磷含量的分布特征及其影响因素进行研究。结果表明:青藏高原高寒草原19个草地型植物叶片磷含量的平均值为1.8489±0.6411 g·kg-1,变异系数为34.67%,植物根系磷含量的平均值为1.4130±0.3524 g·kg-1,变异系数为24.94%,植被磷含量总体呈现出东西部高而中间低的态势和斑块状交错分布格局;影响植物叶片磷含量的关键环境因子为:土壤有机质含量> 土壤总有机碳含量> 全氮> 年均气温> 最冷月均气温> 10~20 cm土壤容重> 20~30 cm土壤容重> 土壤水溶性碳含量> 土壤全磷含量> 土壤pH值> 植被高度> 土壤HCO3-含量> 6—9月降水率> 土壤速效钾含量> 土壤速效氮含量;影响植物根系磷含量的关键环境因子则为:年均相对湿度> 年均降水量> 10~20 cm土壤容重> 0~10 cm土壤容重> 10~20 cm土壤含水量> 最冷月均气温> 最暖月均气温> 20~30 cm地下生物量> 土壤pH值。

Abstract: The vegetation type of alpine grassland widely distributed in Qinhai-Tibet plateau. The vegetation phosphorus contents and influence factors of alpine grassland ecosystem in Qinhai-Tibet plateau were investigated in this paper based on the methods of field investigation combining with laboratory analysis. Results showed that the average phosphorus content of plant leaves from 19 tested grassland types was 1.8489±0.6411 g·kg-1, the coefficient of variation was 34.67%. And the average phosphorus content of plant roots was 1.4130±0.3524 g·kg-1, the coefficient of variation was 24.94%. The phosphorus contents of vegetation plants were higher in west-east and lower in center with the distribution characteristics of staggered pattern in Qinhai-Tibet plateau. The key environmental influencing factors of leaf phosphorus content were ordered as soil organic matter content > soil organic nitrogen content > soil total nitrogen content > average annual temperature > average temperature in the coldest month >soil bulk densities from 0 cm to 20 cm soil layers > soil hydrolyzed carbon content > soil total phosphorus content > soil pH value > vegetation height > soil HCO3- content > the precipitation rate during the period from June to September > soil available K content > soil available N content. The key environmental influencing factors of root phosphorus content are ordered as average annual humidity > average annual precipitation > soil bulk densities from 0 cm to 20 cm soil layers > soil water contents in the depths of 10 cm to 20 cm > average temperature in the coldest month > average temperature in the warmest month > underground biomass in the soil depths of 20 cm to 30 cm > soil pH value.
