闽牧3号圆叶决明的选育研究

The Selection and Utilization of Chamaecrista rotundifolia ‘Minmu No.3’

摘要:

为提高草产量及适口性,2002年由福建省农业科学院农业生态研究所利用60Coγ射线辐射闽引圆叶决明(Chamaecrista rotundifolia ‘Minyin’,CPI86134)种子,经多代筛选选育出闽牧3号圆叶决明(Chamaecrista rotundifolia ‘Minmu No.3’),并于2011年通过福建省品种认定委员会认定。2005-2010年进行品种比较试验、区域试验和生产试验,结果表明:闽牧3号圆叶决明平均种子产量260.9 kg·hm-2,比对照增产7.7%,但差异不显著;初花期植株粗蛋白含量为18.84%;平均干草产量11110.4 kg·hm-2,比对照闽引圆叶决明增产22.05%,差异极显著(P<0.01)。因此,闽牧3号圆叶决明适用于加工草粉饲料。

Abstract:

In order to improve hay yield and palatability, C.rotundifolia ‘Minmu No.3’ was selected and bred by Agricultural Ecology Institute of Fujian Academy of Agricultural Sciences, which was an improved mutant strain from C.rotundifolia ‘Minyin’ through 60Co γ-rays in 2002. It was passed by Fujian Provincial Commission for Identification in 2011. Variety comparison trial, regional and field trial were conducted from 2005 to 2010. Results showed that the seed yield reached 260.9 kg·hm-2, which was increased by 7.7% compared with C. rotundifolia ‘Minyin’, but the difference was no significant at the level of P<0.05. The crude protein content was 18.84% when harvested at initial flowering stage.The hay yield was 11110.4 kg·hm-2, 22.05% higher than that of C.rotundifolia ‘Minyin’ at the level of P<0.01. In summary, C.rotundifolia ‘Minmu No.3’ was suitable for processing grass powder fodder.
