三种杀虫剂对多异瓢虫的毒力及亚致死效应

Virulence and Sublethal Effects of Three Insecticides to Hippodamia variegate

摘要:

为协调化学防治和生物防治,指导田间合理用药,采用接触处理(滤纸)和毒蚜饲喂两种方式,测定了3种杀虫剂吡虫啉(I)、阿维菌素(Ab)和高效氯氰菊酯(Al)对多异瓢虫(Hippodamia variegate)的毒力,及亚致死剂量对多异瓢虫发育历期和繁殖力的影响。结果表明:多异瓢虫接触3种杀虫剂的亚致死剂量后的日平均产卵量均显著低于对照(P<0.05),而且当代累积平均产卵量显著低于对照(P<0.05);毒蚜饲喂组的瓢虫日平均产卵量与对照无显著差异,当代累计平均产卵量与对照无显著差异。多异瓢虫各处理当代第1 d产卵孵化率均显著低于对照(P<0.05)。接触处理瓢虫组各处理的F1代总发育历期显著长于对照,而毒蚜饲喂处理与对照差异不显著。各处理的F1代产卵量与对照无显著差异,Al接触处理瓢虫组的F1代第1 d产卵孵化率显著低于对照。本试验LC20亚致死剂量的杀虫剂不仅对当代而且对下一代的生长均有抑制作用,药剂接触处理对多异瓢虫发育和繁殖的影响大于取食毒蚜处理。

Abstract:

To integrate chemical pesticide application and biological control, we investigated the sublethal effects of three insecticides, Imidacloprid (I), Abamectin (Ab) and Alphacypermethrin (Al) on Hippodamia variegate and Acyrthosiphon pisum. Sublethal.LC20 on the developmental duration and reproduction of H. variegate with methods of the contact filter paper (I1, Ab1, Al1) and feeding poisonous aphid (I2, Ab2, Al2). The results showed that the oviposition of H. variegate reduced with the treatments of three insecticides sublethal doses LC20 at parent generation. As compared with control, the daily average oviposition of H. variegate significantly decreased under the treatments of I1, Ab1, Al1, while treated with I2, Ab2, Al2 had negligible effect on the daily average oviposition of H. variegate at parent generation. Relative to the control, except the treatments of I1 and Ab1 caused a reductions in the accumulative average oviposition of H. variegate. Other treatments had no significant effects. Compared all treatments with control, hatchability on the first day of H. variegate significantly decreased at parent generation. The total developmental duration from egg to pupa of H. variegate treated with the contact filter paper (I1, Ab1, Al1) significantly prolonged, but treated with feeding methods had no significant difference from the control at the F1 generation. Relative to the control, all treatments had negligible effect on the accumulative average oviposition of H. variegate, and hatchability on the first day of H. variegate significantly decreased under the treatment of Al1 at F1 generation. We suggest three insecticides sublethal doses LC20 have more prolonged impact on parent and F1 growth of H. variegate, and the effects of the contact filter paper on the developmental duration and reproduction of H. variegate were consistently stronger than those of feeding poisonous aphid.
