6个种源红砂幼苗光合作用特性研究

Study on Photosynthesis Characteristics of Six Provenances Reaumuria soongorica Seedlings

摘要: 植物对环境的长期适应所形成的遗传特性对其光合作用有重要影响,本研究以6个种源地红砂(Reaumuria soongorica)幼苗为试验材料,采用LI-6400便携式光合作用系统对所标记的枝条进行净光合速率(Net photosynthesis,Pn)、蒸腾速率(Transpiration rate,Tr)、气孔导度(Stomatal conductance,Gs)的测定,分析其光合特性及其相关性,探究不同种源红砂幼苗光合特性变化规律。结果表明:6个种源红砂幼苗的净光合速率日变化曲线呈单峰或双峰型。在极端干旱生境条件下(酒泉金塔JQJ和酒泉肃州JQS)红砂种源幼苗具有较强的气孔调节能力,通过保持较低的蒸腾耗水而维持较高的水分利用效率(Water use efficiency,WUE)以适应干旱胁迫,表现出较强的光合抗旱性。6个种源红砂幼苗的Pn与Tr和Gs均呈显著正相关,体现了Pn,Tr与Gs3者具有较好的协同效应;WUE与Tr和Gs呈显著负相关,表明Tr,Gs分别作为影响WUE的因子与其有着极其密切的关系。本研究表明不同种源红砂之间的光合特性有一定差异,酒泉种源较其他各种源而言更能够抵御环境胁迫,可作为植被恢复的优良种源在西北干旱、半干旱荒漠区推广应用。

Abstract: The genetic characteristics formed by the long-term adaptation of plants to the environment have an important influence on their photosynthesis. This study measured the net photosynthetic rate (Pn),transpiration rate (Tr),and stomatal conductance (Gs) of the marked branches of six Reaumuria soongorica from different provenances,and analyze their photosynthetic characteristics and their correlations using a LI-6400 photosynthetic analysis system.In addition,the changes of photosynthetic characteristics of different provenance Reaumuria soongorica seedlings were explored. The results showed that:The diurnal variation curve of net photosynthetic rate of six provenance Reaumuria soongorica seedlings showed a single peak or double peak type. Under extreme drought conditions (Jinta in Jiuquan and Suzhou in Jiuquan),the Reaumuria soongorica seedling had strong stoma regulation ability. It can adapt to drought stress by maintaining lower transpiration water consumption and maintaining higher water use efficiency (WUE),showing strong photosynthetic drought resistance. The Pn,Tr and Gs of the six provenance Reaumuria soongorica seedlings were significantly negatively correlated,indicating that Pn,Tr and Gs had a good synergistic effect. WUE was significantly positively correlated with Tr and Gs,indicating that Trand Gs as factors influencing WUE are extremely closely related to them. There are some differences in photosynthetic characteristics between different provenances of Reaumuria soongorica. Compared with other sources,the Jiuquan provenance is more resistant to environmental stress and can be used as an excellent provenance for vegetation restoration in the arid and semi-arid desert regions of Northwest China.
