成团泛菌CQ10脂多糖对紫花苜蓿种子萌发及苗期生长的影响

Effect of Pantoea agglomerans CQ10 Lipopolysaccharide on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Alfalfa

摘要: 为了探究成团泛菌CQ10脂多糖(Pantoea agglomerans CQ10 lipopolysaccharide,CQ10-LPSp)对紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)种子萌发及苗期生长的影响,本研究以紫花苜蓿'巨能551’为试验材料,分别添加4个不同浓度(0,0.267,0.534和0.801 EU·mL-1)的CQ10-LPSp后,观测其对消毒和未消毒苜蓿种子萌发和生长状况的影响。结果显示:随着CQ10-LPSp浓度的升高,消毒组和未消毒组紫花苜蓿种子的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数指标降低,种子萌发受到抑制;消毒组紫花苜蓿幼苗鲜、干重持续下降,而未消毒组幼苗鲜、干重先升后降;0.267 EU·mL-1CQ10-LPSp处理下,消毒组和未消毒组紫花苜蓿的根长和苗长比对照组高,且未消毒组幼苗鲜重和干重高于对照;0.267 EU·mL-1CQ10-LPSp处理使未消毒组紫花苜蓿根瘤形成时间比对照组提前约16~18 d,且根瘤数量大于对照组。本研究表明,0.267 EU·mL-1CQ10-LPSp处理可促进未消毒组紫花苜蓿的生长和结瘤。

Abstract: This study was aimed to explore the effect of Pantoea agglomerans CQ10 lipopolysaccharide (CQ10-LPSp) on the seed germination and seedling growth of alfalfa. The sterilized and unsterilized ‘Juneng 551’ alfalfa seeds were treated with different concentrations (0,0.267,0.534 and 0.801 EU·mL-1) of CQ10-LPSp,the seed germination and growth were observed. The results showed that,with the increase of CQ10-LPSp concentration,the germination rate,germination potential and germination index of alfalfa seeds in the sterilized group and the unsterilized group decreased;the fresh and dry weight of alfalfa seedlings in the sterilized group continued to decrease,while the fresh and dry weight of seedlings in the unsterilized group increased first and then decreased. Under 0.267 EU·mL-1CQ10-LPSp treatment,the root length and seedling length of alfalfa in the sterilized group and the unsterilized group were higher than those of the control group,and the fresh weight and dry weight of the seedlings in the undisinfected group were higher than the control;moreover,the formation time of alfalfa nodules in the unsterilized group was about 16 to 18 days earlier than that of the control group,and the number of nodules was larger than that in the control group. It showed that 0.267 EU·mL-1 CQ10-LPSp treatment could promote the growth and nodulation of alfalfa in the unsterilized group.
