三江源区高寒草地植被生长的气候适宜性研究

Climatic Suitability of Vegetation Growth over Alpine Grassland in the Three-River Headwaters

摘要: 高寒植被生长对气候变化的适宜性是生态学基础问题。基于2000—2018年三江源区气象数据和植被吸收光合有效辐射比数据,拟合了高寒草地植被生长的气候适宜性参数,以探讨气候适宜性指数的时空格局及气候影响。结果表明:气候适宜性参数中,高寒草地植被生长最低温度和最适温度分别为-16.69℃和12.55℃,水汽压亏缺值限制生长的最高和最低值分别为0.50 kPa和0.13 kPa,四个参数均与海拔高度呈负相关关系;三江源地区高寒草地植被温度适宜性指数尽管以每10年1.4%的速率增加,但水分适宜性指数和辐射适宜性指数呈下降趋势,导致综合气候适宜性指数呈不断下降的趋势,气候变化总体朝不利于高寒草地植被生长方向发展。本研究不仅为研究植被生长模拟提供本地化模型参数,也为认识气候变化影响,基于气候适宜性开展生态保护和利用提供科学参考。

Abstract: The climatic suitability of alpine vegetation growth is one of the fundamental issues in ecology. Based on the meteorological data and the fraction of absorbed photosynthetically active radiation data from 2000 to 2018 in the Three-river Headwaters area,the climatic suitability parameters for alpine grassland vegetation growth were fitted to explore the spatial and temporal patterns of the climatic suitability index and the climatic impacts. The results showed that: among the climatic suitability parameters,the minimum and optimum temperatures for alpine grassland vegetation growth were -16.69℃ and 12.55℃,respectively;the maximum and minimum values of water vapour pressure deficit limiting growth were 0.50 kPa and 0.13 kPa,respectively;and all the four parameters were negatively correlated with the altitude; Although the alpine grassland vegetation had experienced an increasing temperature suitability index at a rate of 14% per decade,the moisture suitability index and radiation suitability index showed a decreasing trend,resulting in a decreasing trend of the comprehensive climate suitability index,which means climate change is moving toward unfavorable conditions for alpine grassland vegetation growth. This study not only provides localized parameters for the model developments on vegetation growth simulation,but also makes a scientific reference available for understanding the impact of climate change and carrying out ecological conservation and utilization measures based on climatic suitability of alpine vegetation.
