白花金钮扣水提液对4种杂草种子萌发和幼苗生长的化感作用研究

摘要: 为了解云南新发入侵植物白花金钮扣(Acmella radicans (Jacquin) R.K. Jansen)化感潜力,本研究采用该物种地上以及地下部水提液测定对4种主要伴生物种三叶鬼针草(Bidens pilosa L.)、胜红蓟(Ageratum conyzoides L.)、马唐(Digitaria sanguinalis (L.) Scop.)、虎尾草(Chloris virgata Sw.)种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,白花金钮扣地上/地下部水提液对三叶鬼针草和胜红蓟的种子发芽率、发芽指数、根长、茎长和生物量均有明显的抑制作用,而低浓度0.012 5~0.025 g·mL-1时对马唐和虎尾草出现“低促高抑”现象。白花金钮扣地上部水提液对4种伴生杂草种子萌发和幼苗生长的抑制率明显大于地下部,且随浓度增加抑制率逐渐提高,抑制率总体上依次为根长>茎长>生物量>发芽率。从化感响应指数和综合化感指数对比看,白花金钮扣对胜红蓟抑制率最大,其次为马唐和三叶鬼针草,最差为虎尾草。本研究首次表明白花金钮扣具有的化感潜力可能有助于其入侵和扩展。

Abstract: Acmella radicans is a new invasive species recorded in Yunnan Province,China. In order to explore its allelopathic potential,the allelopathic effects of two aqueous extracts from aboveground and underground parts of A. radicans on seed germination and seedling growth of four major associated weeds Bidens pilosa L.,Ageratum conyzoides L.,Digitaria sanguinalis (L.) Scop. and Chloris virgata Sw. were investigated in the laboratory. The results showed that the seed germination rate,germination index,root length,stem length and biomass of B. pilosa and A. conyzoides were significantly inhibited at all concentrations of two aqueous extracts of A. radicans,but it showed that a 'low-promotion and high-inhibition effect' on root length,stem length and biomass of D. sanguinalis and C. virgate at low concentrations of 0.0125 and 0.025 g·mL-1,especially for aqueous extract of underground part. The inhibition rates of aqueous extract of aboveground part of A. radicans on seed germination and seedling growth of four major associated weeds were obviously higher than those of underground part. With increasing concentration of two aqueous extracts,the inhibition rates of seed germination and seedling growth of four major associated weeds gradually increased,and the overall inhibition rates followed the order of the root length > stem length > biomass > seed germination. Compared to allelopathic response index and synthetical allelopathic index of two aqueous extracts of A. radicans on four major associated weeds,A. conyzoides got the strongest inhibition from A. radicans,followed by D. sanguinalis, then B. pilosa;and the lowest inhibition imposed to C. virgate. Our study was the first report to demonstrate the allelopathic potential of A. radicans,which may contribute to the invasion and expansion of that species.
