氮添加降低晋北草地建群种赖草叶片钾重吸收效率

摘要: 养分重吸收是植物重要的养分保存策略, 然而氮添加对植物钾重吸收效率的影响尚不清晰。本研究以晋北赖草草地为研究对象,依托2017年建立的不同水平氮添加实验平台,测定建群种赖草叶片和茎秆的钾含量,计算钾重吸收效率,探究氮添加对钾重吸收效率的影响。结果表明赖草叶片和茎秆钾含量均随氮添加量的增加呈线性增加;氮添加显著降低赖草叶片钾重吸收效率,而对茎秆钾重吸收效率无影响。叶片钾重吸收效率与成熟和衰老叶片钾浓度负相关,而茎秆钾重吸收效率与成熟茎秆钾浓度正相关与衰老茎秆钾浓度负相关。植物钾含量和钾重吸收效率与土壤速效钾无显著相关性。以上结果表明氮添加对植物钾浓度的影响因器官差异而不同,氮添加会降低植物钾的内循环。

Abstract: Nutrient reabsorption is an important nutrient conservation strategy in plants, while response of plant potassium (K) resorption efficiency (KRE) to nitrogen (N) addition was still unclear. This study was based on the experimental platform of nitrogen addition at different levels established in 2017 in a grassland dominated by Leymus secalinus located in Northern Shanxi Province, China. And the effect of N addition on the KRE was calculated through the measurement of the K contents in leaves and stems of L. secalinus. Our results showed that the K content in leaves and stems increased linearly with the increasing of N addition levels. Nitrogen addition significantly decreased the KRE in the leaves of L. secalinus, but had no significant effect on the KRE in stem of L. secalinus. The KRE in the leaves of L. secalinus was negatively correlated with K concentration in mature and senescent leaves, while the KRE in the stems of L. secalinus waspositively correlated with K concentration in mature stems and negatively correlated with K concentration in senescent stems. There was no significant correlation between plant K contents and the KRE and the soil available K. These results indicated that the effects of N addition on the K content in plants varied with plants organs, and we highlight that N addition could decreased the internal circulation of K in plants.
