增施沼液肥对中度退化草地土壤理化性质的短期影响

Short-Term Effects of Additional Application of Biogas Slurry Fertilizer on the Physicochemical Properties of Moderately Degraded Grassland Soil

摘要: 为探究沼液肥对退化草地土壤理化性质的短期影响,本研究以锡林郭勒盟正蓝旗中度退化草地为对象,设置空白对照(CK)、水分对照(W0)、50%稀释浓度沼液肥(BS50%)和全浓度沼液肥(BS100%)4种处理,施用量为300 m3·ha-1。沼液养分氮(N)、磷(P2O5)和钾(K2O)含量分别为0.11%,0.07%和0.09%。采集0~15 cm、15~30 cm土层的土壤样品,分析其理化性质指标。结果表明:与CK相比,BS50%和BS100%处理均能显著改善土壤物理结构,降低土壤容重(Soil bulk density, SBD),提高土壤孔隙度(Soil porosity, SP)。增施沼液肥能显著提升土壤理化性质及微生物活性,土壤全氮(Soil total nitrogen, STN)、速效磷(Soil available phosphorus, SAP)、速效钾(Soil available potassium, SAK)含量显著增加14.50%~25.86%,66.87%~224.17%和30.26%~193.91%,土壤微生物生物量碳(Soil microbial biomass carbon, SMBC)、土壤微生物生物量氮(Soil microbial biomass nitrogen, SMBN)含量显著增加11.04%~18.39%,12.47%~28.34%。本研究揭示了沼液肥对退化草地土壤理化性质影响的短期效应,为修复退化草地、提升土壤地力提供基础科学依据,也为沼液肥的资源化利用及草地生态系统的可持续管理提供了参考支撑。

Abstract: To investigate the short-term effects of biogas slurry fertilizer on the physicochemical properties of degraded grassland soil, this study investigated moderately degraded grasslands in Zhenglan Banner, Xilingol League. Four treatments were established: blank control (CK), water control (W0), 50% diluted concentration of biogas slurry fertiliser (BS50%), and full concentration of biogas slurry fertiliser (BS100%). The application rate was 300 m3·ha-1. The contents of nitrogen (N), phosphorus pentoxide (P2O5) and potassium oxide (K2O) in the biogas slurry are 0.11%, 0.07% and 0.09% respectively. Soil samples from 0~15 cm and 15~30 cm soil layers were collected to analyze their physical and chemical property indexes. The results showed that compared with CK, both BS50% and BS100% treatments significantly improved soil physical structure, with decreasing soil bulk density and increasing soil porosity. Applying biogas slurry fertilizer markedly enhanced soil physical and chemical properties and microbial activity. The contents of soil total nitrogen, available phosphorus and available potassium increased significantly by 14.50%-25.86%, 66.87%-204.06% and 30.26%-193.91%, respectively, while the contents of soil microbial biomass carbon and microbial biomass nitrogen increased significantly by 11.04%-18.39% and 12.47%-28.34%, respectively. This study revealed the short-term effects of biogas slurry fertilizer on the physicochemical properties of degraded grassland soils. It provides fundamental scientific evidence for restoring degraded grasslands and enhancing soil fertility, while also offering reference support for the resource utilization of biogas slurry fertilizer and the sustainable management of grassland ecosystems.
