摘要: 钙依赖性蛋白激酶(Calcium-dependent protein kinase,CDPK/CPK)是一类丝氨酸/苏氨酸(Ser/Thr)蛋白激酶,在植物生长发育和逆境胁迫响应过程中起重要作用。CDPKs通过自磷酸化以及对代谢酶、离子通道、转录因子和膜转运蛋白的磷酸化修饰,形成复杂的网络信号传导,以响应盐碱、干旱、低温等非生物胁迫。同时,CDPKs亦参与脱落酸(Abscisic acid,ABA)、水杨酸(Salicylic acid,SA)等激素的信号通路,调控植物的生长发育。本研究对植物CDPKs蛋白结构、分类、调控机制、以及逆境胁迫响应中的作用和育种应用等方面研究成果进行了总结综述,并提出未来CDPKs在育种领域的应用前景,以期为农作物抗逆性遗传改良和生物育种提供参考。
