四种牧草种子在不同浓度NaCl或NaHCO3胁迫下的萌发特性

Germination Characteristics of Four Forage Seeds Under Different Concentrations of NaCl or NaHCO3 Stress

摘要: 为探明紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa)、湖南稷子(Echinochloa frumentacea)、高羊茅(Fectuca arundinacea)、鹰嘴紫云英(Astragalus cicer)种子萌发期间对盐碱胁迫的耐受性,本研究测定了不同浓度NaCl或NaHCO3胁迫处理下种子萌发相关指标,通过建立回归方程和隶属函数值分析得出4种牧草种子萌发对盐碱胁迫的耐受阈值。结果表明:4种牧草种子的萌发相关指标均表现出随着盐或碱浓度的增加而降低的趋势;由回归方程可知,紫花苜蓿、湖南稷子、高羊茅和鹰嘴紫云英种子萌发的适宜盐浓度分别为115.66,178.32,84.46和65.18mmol·L-1;半致死盐浓度分别为169.66,279.95,148.72和131.22mmol·L-1;适宜碱浓度分别为48.57,98.39,87.95和35.07mmol·L-1;半致死碱浓度分别为107.39,143.36,141.71和47.16mmol·L-1;4种牧草种子耐盐性强弱为湖南稷子>紫花苜蓿>高羊茅>鹰嘴紫云英;耐碱性强弱为湖南稷子>高羊茅>紫花苜蓿>鹰嘴紫云英。

Abstract: To study the tolerance of Medicago sativa,Echinochloa frumentacea,Fectuca arundinacea,and Astragalus cicer to salt-alkali stress during seed germination,the seed germination related indicators under different concentrations of NaCl or NaHCO3 stresses were analyzed by establishing regression equations and membership function value to obtain the tolerance thresholds of four pasture seeds to salt-alkali stress during germination. The results showed that the germination-related indexes of the four forage seeds all showed a trend of decreasing with the increase of salt or alkali concentration. We found from the regression equation,that the suitable salt concentration for seed germination of Medicago sativa,Echinochloa frumentacea,Fectuca arundinacea,and Astragalus cicer was 115.66,178.32,84.46 and 65.18 mmol·L-1,respectively;the semi-lethal salt concentrations was 169.66 and 279.95,148.72 and 131.22 mmol·L-1,respectively;the suitable alkali concentrations each was 48.57,98.39,87.95 and 35.07 mmol·L-1;the semi-lethal alkali concentrations each was 107.39,143.36,141.71 and 47.16 mmol·L-1. The seeds salt tolerance of the four forage,from strong to weak,was Echinochloa frumentacea>Medicago sativa>Fectuca arundinacea>Astragalus cicer;and the alkali resistance,from strong to weak,was Echinochloa frumentacea>Fectuca arundinacea>Medicago sativa>Astragalus cicer.
