2种寒地稗草农艺学性状与细胞学研究

Biological Traits and Cytology Study of Two Kinds of Barnyardgrass from Cold Areas

摘要: 通过对黑龙江省内不同地方收集的2种寒地稗草(Echinochloa crusgalli(L.) Beauv.)的农艺学性状测试和细胞学研究,以期为寒地稗草资源的进一步研究和利用提供依据。2007年对2种稗草进行观察和试验,测定了生育期、株高、分蘖数、叶面积以及鲜、干重量等主要农艺性状,并对小区实际产量进行测试。结果表明:2种稗草农艺性状均为良好,在黑龙江省的气候条件下,粳稗(001)比大粒稗(026)表现更优;核型分析显示,2种稗草的核内染色体数目均为2n=54;大粒稗(026)2n=48m(3SAT)+6sm,粳稗(001)2n=36m+16sm+2st。

Abstract: In order to provide a tbeoretical basis for further study and utilization of barnyardgrass resources,the agronomic traits and cytology were studied in 2007 of two kinds of barnyardgrass(Echinochloa crusgalli(L.) Beauv.) collected from different locations of Heilongjiang province.The growth period,plant height,tiller number,leaf area,fresh forage and hay yield,and other major agronomic traits were determined and the actual production of the plot was tested.The results showed that the agronomic traits of two kinds of barnyardgrass were good and the performance of japonica barnyardgrass(001) was better than that of large grain barnyardgrass(026) under the current climatic condition in Heilongjiang province.Karyotype analysis indicates that the nucleus chromosome number of two kinds of barnyardgrass are 2n=54;large grain barnyardgrass(026) 2n=48m(3SAT)+6 sm;japonica barnyardgrass(001) 2n=36 m+16sm+2 st.
