生物炭和接种剂配施对紫花苜蓿生物量和土壤特征的影响

Effects of the Co-application of Biochar and Inoculants on the Alfalfa Biomass and Soil Characteristics

摘要: 本文以紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)为研究对象,采用盆栽试验,设置对照(Control,CK)、添加生物炭(Biochar,B)、添加微生物接种剂(Inoculate,I)、生物炭和接种剂配施(Biochar+inoculate,BI)4个处理,研究对紫花苜蓿生物量和土壤特征的影响,以期为优化苜蓿栽培管理提供理论依据。结果表明:B降低了地上生物量,根系生物量比重增加,土壤酶活性降低。I增加地上生物量但未达显著水平,土壤养分降低。BI较B和I养分增加,较B土壤酶活增加。B增加了细菌群落多样性,I和BI多样性降低。各处理均降低芽单胞菌门(Gemmatimonadota)和硝化螺旋菌门(Nitrospirae)丰度,氮循环相关功能降低。B增加球囊菌门(Glomeromycota)丰度,丛枝菌根(Arbuscular Mycorrhizal)功能增加。生物炭抑制紫花苜蓿地上生物量,但根系生物量比重增加。接种增加了地上生物量,但微生物生长吸收大量养分。两者配施缓解了生物炭对紫花苜蓿的抑制作用。

Abstract: This article took alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) as the research object and adopts a pot experiment to study the effects of four treatments:Control (CK),Biochar addition (B),Inoculation (I),Biochar + Inoculatanta addition (BI) on alfalfa biomass and soil characteristics,in order to provide a theoretical basis for optimizing alfalfa cultivation management. The results showed that biochar application decreased aboveground biomass of alfalfa,increased the proportion of root biomass,and decreased the soil enzyme activities. The inoculation increased aboveground biomass of alfalfa with no significant level,and decreased the soil nutrients. The biochar + inoculatants application increased nutrients compared to the biochar and inoculatants separate additions,and soil enzymes activities increased compared to the biochar application alone. The biochar application increased the bacterial community diversity in the alfalfa soil,while the inoculation and biochar application,the inoculation decreaed that diversity. All separate additions and co-application of inoculation and biochar applicatipon together reduced the abundance of Gemmatimonadota and Nitrospirae in the soil,and the related functions of nitrogen cycle were reduced. Biochar increased the abundance of Glomeromycota and the function of Arbuscular mycorrhiza. The biochar application inhibits aboveground biomass of alfalfa,but the proportion of root biomass was increased. The inoculation increased the aboveground biomass,but microbial growth absorbed a large amount of nutrients. The biochar and inoculants co-application alleviated the inhibitory effect of biochar on alfalfa.
