高原鼢鼠鼠丘斑块空间分布格局及对植物群落特征影响

Spatial Distribution Patterns of Plateau Zokor Mound Patches and their Effects on Plant Community Characteristics

摘要: 为探究高原鼢鼠不同干扰强度下鼠丘空间分布格局及其对植物物种丰富度和地下生物量的影响,选取祁连山东段高寒草甸高原鼢鼠典型分布区,根据鼠丘面积占比表征鼢鼠干扰梯度,人工调查各干扰区鼠丘斑块特征和植物群落特征,解译无人机图像得到鼠丘斑块空间格局指数,采用单因素方差分析和全子集回归方法进行分析。结果表明:鼠丘斑块平均半径、高度、体积、面积、边缘长度、数量和植物物种丰富度随干扰强度增加而显著增加(P< 0.05);鼠丘斑块欧氏邻近距离和地下生物量随干扰强度增加而显著减少(P<0.05);但鼠丘斑块形状和聚集指数随干扰强度增加而不变;相关性分析表明鼠丘面积与斑块欧氏邻近距离呈显著负相关关系(P<0.01),与鼠丘平均高度、斑块边缘长度、斑块形状和斑块数量呈显著正相关关系(P<0.05)。研究结果表明,鼠丘斑块面积和聚集属性指示了鼠丘空间格局变化,并解释了草地植物物种丰富度和地下生物量变异。

Abstract: In order to explore the spatial distribution patterns of plateau zokor (Eospalax baileyi) mounds with different disturbance intensities and their impact on plant species richness and underground biomass,the typical distribution area of plateau zokor in the alpine meadow in the eastern Qilian Mountains was selected. The proportion of mounds patches in the meadow represents the population size of the zokors. The study area was divided into four disturbance gradients,the characteristics of the patches and plant communities in each disturbance area were manually investigated,and the spatial pattern indexes of the mounds patches were obtained by interpreting the UAV images. One-way analysis of variance and all subsets regression methods were used for analysis. The results showed that the average radius,height,volume,area,edge length,number,and plant species richness of mound patches increased significantly with the increase of disturbance intensities (P<0.05);the Euclidean neighbor distance and underground biomass of mound patches significantly decreased with the increase of disturbance intensities (P<0.05);but the shape (SHAPE) and aggregation index (AI) of mound patches did not significantly change. The correlation analysis showed that the area and the Euclidean neighbor distance (ENN) of mound patches were significantly negative correlated (P<0.01);significantly positively correlated with the mound average height (H),mound edge length (TE),mound shape (SHAPE) and mound number (NP) (P<0.05). The study showed that the patch area and aggregation properties of mounds indicated the spatial pattern variation of mound patches and explained the variation of plant species richness and belowground biomass of meadow vegetative community.
