原料含水量及添加剂种类对青贮苜蓿品质的影响

Effect of Raw Material Moisture Content and Additive Type on Silage Quality of Alfalfa

摘要: 本试验以现蕾期紫花苜蓿(Medicago sativa L.)为原料,探究原料含水量(55%,70%)及0.4%丙酸(PA),0.2%山梨酸钾(PS),0.2%苯甲酸钠(SB)3种添加剂对青贮苜蓿营养品质及发酵品质的影响,在发酵60 d后开袋对各项指标进行测定。研究结果表明,原料含水量与添加剂的交互作用对青贮苜蓿的干物质(Dry matter,DM)、粗蛋白质(Crude protein,CP)、粗灰分(Ash)、可溶性糖(Water soluble carbohydrates,WSC)、乙酸(Acetic acid,AA)、丙酸(Propionic acid,PA)、丁酸(Butyric acid,BA)含量及氨态氮/总氮(Ammonia nitrogen/Total nitrogen,AN/TN)、pH值和干物质回收率(Dry matter recovery,DMR)均有显著影响(P<0.05)。对CP含量等12个营养和发酵指标进行灰色关联度分析后发现,原料含水量在55%时青贮苜蓿品质整体优于70%含水量,所有处理组中55%原料含水量+0.4%丙酸(PA)处理下的综合表现最好,可有效提高青贮苜蓿品质。

Abstract: This experiment investigated the effects of raw material moisture content and additives application on the nutritional quality and fermentation quality of alfalfa (Medicago sativa L.) silage,and the indicators were measured after 60 d of fermentation. The alfalfa was mowed at the bud-appearance stage. The results of the study showed that the interaction of raw material moisture content and additives application had significant effects (P<0.05) on DM content,CP content,Ash content,WSC content,acetic acid,propionic acid,butyric acid content,ammonia/total nitrogen ratio,pH value and Dry matter recovery. The grey correlation analysis of 11 nutritional and fermentation indicators showed that the overall silage quality of alfalfa under 55% raw material moisture content was better than that under 70% moisture content;and the best overall performance was achieved under 55% raw material moisture content + 0.4% propionic acid (PA) application among all additives treated groups,which was able to effectively improve the quality of alfalfa silage.
