基于抗寒系数对“WL”系列苜蓿品种抗寒性的综合评价

Comprehensive Evaluation of Cold Resistance of Alfalfa Varieties of the “WL” Series Based on Cold Resistance Coefficients

摘要: 为了阐明科尔沁沙地不同秋眠级苜蓿(Medicago sativa)品种抗寒性与抗寒生理特性的关系,选取12个不同秋眠级的“WL”系列苜蓿品种作为供试材料,采用单因素随机区组试验设计,于科尔沁沙地种植,封冻前取苜蓿越冬器官(苜蓿根系),模拟4℃(CK)和-20℃低温胁迫处理,测定苜蓿根颈的抗氧化特性和抗寒保护物质含量,利用抗寒系数结合相关性分析、主成分分析、聚类分析和隶属函数分析,对其抗寒能力进行了评价。结果表明:(1)秋眠级与过氧化物酶的抗寒系数呈极显著负相关(P<0.01),与丙二醛和淀粉的抗寒系数呈极显著正相关(P<0.01)。(2)聚类分析可将12个苜蓿品种分为3组,第1组‘WL168HQ’秋眠型品种;第2组为‘WL329HQ’‘WL319HQ’‘WL298HQ’秋眠型和‘WL349HQ’半秋眠型品种,第3组则是其他半秋眠型品种。(3)通过主成分分析将8个单一指标转化为3个综合指标,累计贡献率达80.20%。(4)隶属函数综合评价表明‘WL168HQ’苜蓿品种最适宜科尔沁沙地种植。

Abstract: In order to clarify the relationship between cold resistance and cold resistance physiological characteristics of alfalfa(Medicago sativa) varieties with different fall dormancy levels in Horqin Sandy Land,12 “WL” series alfalfa varieties with different fall dormancy levels were selected as test materials. Single factor randomized block experiment design was used to plant alfalfa in Horqin Sandy Land. Before freezing,take the overwintering organs (alfalfa roots) of alfalfa,simulate low temperature stress treatment at 4℃ (CK) and -20℃,and measure the antioxidant properties and content of cold resistant protective substances in the alfalfa root neck. The cold resistance ability of alfalfa was evaluated by utilizing the cold resistance coefficient and combining correlation analysis,principal component analysis,cluster analysis,and membership function analysis. The results showed that:(1) The autumn dormancy level is significantly negatively correlated with the cold resistance coefficient of peroxidase (P<0.01),and significantly positively correlated with the cold resistance coefficient of malondialdehyde and starch (P<0.01). (2) Cluster analysis of cold resistance coefficients of 12 alfalfa varieties can be divided into 3 groups. The 1 st group includes ‘WL168HQ’ fall dormancy varieties,the 2nd group includes ‘WL329HQ’、‘WL319HQ’and ‘WL298HQ’ fall dormancy varieties,as well as ‘WL349HQ’ semi-dormant varieties. The 3rd group consists of other semi-dormant varieties. (3) Through principal component analysis,8 single indicators were transformed into 3 comprehensive indicators, the cumulative contribition rate was 80.20%. (4) The comprehensive evaluation of membership function showed that ‘WL168HQ’ alfalfa variety was the most suitable one for alfalfa planting in Horqin Sandy Land.
