海南豆科饲用植物资源及营养价值评价

Abstract: A thorough survey of forage legume resources and their distribution in the Hainan Island and the neighboring islets was completed.There are 211 forage legume species of 57 genera,of which 48 species have been analyzed on their chemical components,and 23 species have been determined their contents of xanthophylls and β-carotene.

摘要: 全面考察了海南及其周边岛屿,报道了海南豆科饲用植物资源及其分布情况,记载饲用豆科植物57属211种,并分析其中48种植物的化学成分,测定其中23种植物的叶黄素和β-胡萝卜素含量。
