高羊茅×狗牙根远缘杂交后代抗寒性评价

Abstract:

In order to obtain new evergreen cultivars with excellent cold resistance, the cold resistance of 30 hybrids between Festuca arundinacea and Cynodon dactylon were estimated by leaf electrolyte leakage rate. Results showed that the LT50 of tested hybrids was about -10.393~-16.547℃ that was lower than that of Cynodon dactylon and Festuca arundinacea except FC-29, F3-1, FC-13, FC-20. The LT50 of FC-22 was 4.863℃ lower than that of Festuca arundinacea. Therefore, FC-22 had the best cold resistance and showed obvious transgressive segregation and maternal heredity phenomena.

摘要:

采用电解质渗透法,对高羊茅(Festuca arundinacea)×狗牙根(Cynodon dactylon)杂交所获得的30个远缘杂交后代的抗寒性进行鉴定,以选育出优质抗寒且四季常绿的草坪草新品系。结果表明:杂交后代抗寒性半致死温度(LT50)的变异范围为-10.393~-16.547℃,所有杂交后代的LT50均低于狗牙根亲本,除FC-29,F3-1,FC-13和FC-20这4个后代外,其余杂交后代的LT50均低于高羊茅亲本,尤以FC-22的抗寒性最强,LT50较高羊茅亲本低4.863℃,表现出明显的超亲遗传特征和母性遗传的现象。
