Preliminary Studies on Cold Resistance of Eight Artemisia frigida Germplasm Resources in Inner Mongolia

内蒙古8份冷蒿种质资源材料抗寒性的初步研究

Abstract:

The vegetative branches of Artemisia frigida growing in the eight habitats of Inner Mongolia are used as experimental materials. The relative conductivity and the MDA content are measured using electric conductivity and thiobarbituric acid coloration method under the artificial simulation of low temperature conditions. The relationships between physical signs and cold resistance are analyzed. The results show that both electrical conductivity and MDA content are effective for estimating the cold resistance of A. frigida. The cold resistances of eight A. frigida germplasm resources are in the following order: Hailar (-15.19℃)> Hexigten (-14.13℃)> Xilinhot (-12.54℃)> Daqing Mountain (-10.98℃)> Abaga (-10.30℃)> Etuoke (-8.27℃)> Tal Ridge (-7.92℃)> Bayanhot (-3.30℃).

摘要:

采用内蒙古8个生境冷蒿(Artemisia frigida)的营养枝在人工模拟低温条件下,选用电导率法、硫代巴比妥酸比色法测定其相对电导率、丙二醛(MDA)含量,对这些指标与抗寒性的关系进行分析。结果表明:采用电导率和MDA含量评价冷蒿的抗寒性效果较好。8个生境的冷蒿抗寒性(致死温度)强弱依次为:海拉尔(-15.19℃)>克什克腾(-14.13℃)>锡林浩特(-12.54℃)>大青山(-10.98℃)>阿巴嘎(-10.30℃)>鄂托克(-8.27℃)>塔尔岭(-7.92℃)>巴彦浩特(-3.30℃)。
