添加剂对西藏青饲玉米和青稞秸秆混合青贮发酵品质的影响

Abstract:

The effects of adding cornzyme and lactic acid bacteria on the fermentation quality of mixed ensilage of hulless barley (Hordeum vulgare) straw and forage maize(Zea mays)during ensiling were studied here. The treatments were as follows: control ; cornzyme (E) ; lactic acid bacteria(LAB); cornzyme and lactic acid bacteria(E+LAB). The silos were opened on 15, 30 and 45th days after ensiling and the fermentation quality was analyzed. The results showed that the addition of cornzyme or lactic acid bacteria could improve the fermentation quality of mixed silage. The pH values and ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen ratios of adding treatments were lower than that of control, while the contents of lactic acid and water soluble carbohydrates were higher than that of control. The acetic acid and total VFA contents of control and E were significantly higher than that of LAB and E+LAB (P <0.05), while the addition of cornzyme and lactic acid bacteria could increase the contents of lactic acid and water soluble carbohydrates indicating that the effect of adding E+LAB was more significant than that of adding E or LAB alone.

摘要:

为探讨酶和乳酸菌制剂对西藏地区青稞(Hordeum vulgare)秸秆与青饲玉米(Zea mays)混合青贮(35%:65%)发酵品质的影响,试验分别设对照组(C)、酶制剂(E)、乳酸菌制剂(LAB)和酶+乳酸菌制剂(E+LAB)4个处理组.青贮后第15,30和45 d开窖取样,测定青贮饲料发酵品质.结果表明:添加酶或乳酸菌制剂在一定程度上改善了青贮饲料的发酵品质,与对照组相比,添加剂处理组青贮饲料的pH和氨态氮/总氮值降低,乳酸和水溶性碳水化合物含量提高;对照组和E处理组中乙酸含量和总挥发性脂肪酸含量显著高于LAB和E+LAB处理组,而酶和乳酸菌组合添加进一步提高乳酸和水溶性碳水化合物含量,表明酶和乳酸菌组合添加比二者单独添加效果更显著.
