NaCl和Na2CO3胁迫对同德老芒麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

Abstract:

The seed germination rate, radicle and plumule growth of Elymus sibiricus ‘Tong de’ were observed under different content ratio of NaCl and NaCl+Na2CO3 solution in the lab. The results showed that as the concentration of Na+ was 15 mmol·L-1, the seed germination rate was higher with NaCl+Na2CO3 stress than control significantly. The growth of radicle decreased with the increase of various concentration of salt solution. Therefore the growth length of radicle of Elymus sibiricus ‘Tong de’ could be used to determine salt resistance of seed germination.

摘要:

采用室内培养法观察了不同浓度的NaCl及NaCl+Na2CO3混合溶液胁迫条件下‘同德’老芒麦(Elymus sibircus ‘Tong de’)种子的发芽率及胚根和胚芽的生长状况。结果表明,Na+浓度为15 mmol·L-1时,NaCl+Na2CO3胁迫下发芽率显著高于对照。随着各种盐溶液浓度的升高,胚根的生长均呈下降趋势,因此可以用胚根的生长长度来判断‘同德’老芒麦种子萌发对盐的抗性强弱。
